hagonshocker
Anyway to use an Adrian Durhanism....Martin Vaculik...is he all that? Or should that be Vasoolick?
TheRealFiend
Yes im sure Vaculik will be leading the Poole charge in 2018. How many years has Matt been after him? Ned Payne practically said Vaculik was doing the UK in 2018 before todays confirmed news. Ned writes for the Bournemouth Echo. Matt will not let this one slip unless Magic picks up the phone and asks for a team place which isn't going to happen because Janowski wont ride his bike 4 to 5 times per a week. If by some miracle we don't sign him then we may as well drop down to the Championship because it's obvious we cant attract a big name anymore. Its either Vaculik or Hancock for sure. Iversen will lead KL imo. Edited November 2, 2017 by Brandon Bob

foreverblue
For God's sake. It's Vaculik. He's a 9 point rider no question. He may achieve a 9 point average but in the real world it would be very difficult and highly unlikely. There is no way he will be assessed as a 9. Steve0
Nobody would it would be crazy. As crazy as having Doyle on a 13+ average this season and him steering Swindon to the title? Edited November 3, 2017 by Steve0
Steve Shovlar
Where does it say Vaculik to Poole? Just because a local reporter said he was riding in the UK doesn't mean its to Poole. Not even sure a rider like Vaculik would be a good Poole fit to be honest. Will have at least an 8 average, possibly 9, which would be a struggle to maintain or even get close to on his first season. Hopefully he is going to Lynn.

Steve Shovlar
Not sure that is true to be honest. He hasn’t improved in the last few seasons and has found a level just below the top riders. Similar in ability to the likes of Kildemand but without UK track knowledge. bigcatdiary
because Matt has supposedly been after him for the last five years Matt specialises on signing riders with false starting averages, Vaculik would surely be assessed to high. foreverblue
As crazy as having Doyle on a 13+ average this season and him steering Swindon to the title? Crazier Doyle was always going to score very highly and has ridden over here for a number of years, and they had a world class rider lined up on a 4 point average. World class? Alpens a good rider but hes nowhere near that category. It also shows the difference in management skillls, Swindon bought in a rider that rode as a heat leader in Poland as a 2nd string, whereas, Poole brought in Kennett.
TheRealFiend
Got to agree about not wanting Vaculik on a 9. He would never achieve that riding British tracks for the first time. Having said that I dont want Kurtz riding at No.1. I 100% want Kurtz in the team dont get me wrong but not as our No.1. We need a No.1 who can go out and get us 12 points a meeting. Personally I think the Vaculik to KL rumour is BS. KL will go all out to get NKI and Niels wouldn't turn them down now that he doesn't have a GP place. Isn't NKI already committed to Poland and Sweden so can't do UK, but only Denmark unless Polish 2 club rule has changed

Maybe BV would be calling for him! Emil is signing for Vetlanda or Vastervik. That's the rumour anyway. Zagar will be going back to BV imo. Just seen NKI's tweet. Must be about KL because he has signed a contract in Poland and Sweden already and his GP future has been sorted out. Isn't NKI already committed to Poland and Sweden so can't do UK, but only Denmark unless Polish 2 club rule has changed The rule was going to be scrapped wasn't it? The rule has been scrapped from what Ive heard. Emil in Sweden has gone quiet. Not sure they could afford Emil in Vetlanda and Vasterik. They are trying to reduce costs. If NKI and Vaculik are coming to the UK no way has the limit been reduced to 41.

Not sure if its the original rule, used last year, (Poland +2) that is going to scrapped, or that the new rule suggested (Poland +1) wont now be implemented.. Whatever the Poles decide I suppose, they get...
