madame muck
Danny is riding for lynn tonight, but who he is replacing I'm not sure!! 🤔
Star Lady
I'm no Batchelor fan but to be fair he did take a heavy knock to his wrist on Monday so this time it might be genuine. Â What is unacceptable is fans finding out from sources other than the club.
semion
Wouldn't it be great if Kai or the club put out a simple tweet or update via facebook.... I really can not understand what the problem is and why everything seems to be such a big secret? Â Now there's a statement JC, so In the interest of transparency, why have things between you and Buster broken so badly that you are no longer involved at Saddlebow ? There were so many rumours doing the rounds its difficult to know what to believe.
hammer1969
Batchelor appeared to be injured again in heat 15 when guesting for Swindon last Monday so perhaps this time he really has a genuine excuse not to ride. racers and royals
The Huckenbeck situation is interesting because as far as I can see there are no other matches on tonight that he can be riding in.
Haza
The Huckenbeck situation is interesting because as far as I can see there are no other matches on tonight that he can be riding in. and will we get an answer from the club ? More likely to find the reason elsewhere than KL Speedway

Nice try Semion, not sure that has anything to do with transperency when clearly that is a personal issue and Batchelor not riding is a public one
semion
God Loves a trier . I thought it was Huckenbeck that people were wondering about. The lad is doing well to ride Speedway and be 10th in the F1 series.
LisaColette
Could Batch be Poole bound in place of Kasprzak as Poole only have a week I think before Kasprzak's average drops ?.Two words, first beings with F...

racers and royals
Meeting off That`s a real shame for 2 reasons 1 we won`t find out why Huckenbeck wasn`t riding 2 We might have to wait some time before we hear what Buster had to say in his column- anyone know anybody at the printers Edited July 19, 2017 by racers and royals
Needofspeed
Kai is still suffering from the Crash in the sec. What a joke calling it off. Be more riders than fans at Meetings soon
Bald Bloke
There was a big big storm here that lasted about an hour.Started at 5am till about 6am.Very heavy rainfall. But was sunny and the roads were dry by 9am. Not surprised at the rain off though.I doubt the track would drain fast enough. And Buster wouldn't want to risk a dodgy track again, plus half a team. To re lay the track might of been an option imho. cityrebel
So predictable, buster couldn't risk another farce tonight.
Chris
So we've had a "wind off" & now a b0llocks rain off. Â Joke of a club. No wonder the fans are up in arms. Â What a fine example the chairman is setting. Edited July 19, 2017 by Chris

dump that clutch
wow, as Chris has so mildly put it.. a 'wind off' and now this. Surely the top dog of the BSPA has a perfectly reasonable *ahem* 'excuse for tonight's cancellation..? Â If not he needs a big fine for the contempt he has shown to everyone.
Kickitov
This call off doesn't surprise me at all. Buster know's hardly anyone would have turned up anyway. However calling off a meeting on a lovely summers evening (5% chance of rain according to BBC & Met office) is hardly going to keep true fans happy who just want to watch speedway bikes race!! Â What concerns me most is just how much Buster is out of touch with the fans. Drastic changes are needed in the running of the club, if not I fear the worst!!! Â It's also obvious if you follow twitter that the relationship between the club and a number of riders is strained. I'm trying to think about positives, but at the moment I can't think of any!
Gavan
To be honest if Batchelor got away with his pretend injury and walkout without some form of repercussion it would be a travesty. Looks like Buster believes like the rest of us that Batchelor wasn't injured at all and has hopefully shown him the door. Batchelor is not currently injured so no reason why he wouldn't be riding. Â Looks like heads have rolled after last weeks debacle. Why was it a feigned injury?? Â Shanes pulls out on Monday night thus helping Poole by Starke covering him yet is 100% fit on Wednesday night. Pretty much the same as Batchelor dont you agree?? Â Batch hurt his wrist against Poole and also got injured in heat 15 when crashing the other night.....try harder That`s a real shame for 2 reasons 1 we won`t find out why Huckenbeck wasn`t riding 2 We might have to wait some time before we hear what Buster had to say in his column- anyone know anybody at the printers I would guess his heavy get off in the SEC was a major factor Edited July 19, 2017 by Gavan
