Not sure what was wrong with Doolan, he's usually far better at Ashfield. Â With more reruns than i care to remember in the first half of the meeting, it took forever to get to ht8. I still maintain a false start should be a 1 minute warning to return to the tapes not two. Â Doolan by his own standards has been poor of late, hopefully he gets back to normal very soon. Agree with you on false starts, in fact I would argue the pit gate should never be opened, maybe we could use the rule as it is in SGP where a warning stays with a rider throughout the meeting. Doolan these days is not the Doolan of old. Obviously winding down and comfortable sitting in second or third for relatively easy points.
