The five rider races will determine which two teams of the five in each semi qualify for the final, which will revert to four rider races as there's four teams involved. nick Posted July 24, 2017 Report Share Posted July 24, 2017 Totally agree with Noodles and Blupanther, an awful idea, we are having enough serious crashes with 4 riders without having 5 in a race, especially bearing in mind Kerr's recent crash and Tungate's in a previous fours. Â I agree, this isn't different it's just plan daft, yes the Showground is probably wide enough but speedway is about four riders and four laps. Â Surely if it's too difficult to work out a race formula for 5 teams per semi restrict it to the top 8 teams in the league. Mess?
