Noodles
How can you say we've let him? What do you do, put him under house arrest?Sack him so he'll lose his Visa and go back home?
Panthers89
Sack him so he'll lose his Visa and go back home? If he has buggered off then deserves that completely
Star Lady
There seem to be far too many tails wagging the dog nowadays and most of them belong to dingos.
Panthers89
Even better idea, get him to sign a contact confirming if he is riding every Sunday meeting we have, if he can't, say he is riding in the fours then replace him with BWD in every heat
screm
I am sure Peterborough Speedway will put out a statement saying how they feel for their rider and what an awful position he has been put in, what they should be saying is that they expect Holder to be at the EoES on Sunday, in the Peterborough team and not in Poland. Time will tell but I think we all know the answer to that one.
RobMcCaffery
Torun is a very wealthy club that is currently bottom of the league and in dire risk of being relegated from the Polish Ekstraliga gravy train. After the failure of his brother they will see James' paid 16 last week as a lifeline to be grabbed at any cost. Â I can't see his brother encouraging him to put his British commitments first. David Johnston1
Whose James? The best Holder (better than Chris and Jack).
RobMcCaffery
Whose James? Apologies, I meant Jack. A terrible error. Â Since we're on the subject of errors, it's who's by the way. Gemini
Unfortunately the Poles call the tune and a novelty meeting in a speedway backwater isn't a concern of theirs . It should be a concern of Holder though.

wealdstone
It should be the responsibility of the organisers to give a definitive answer on this. However this is Speedway and it is doubtful if they will, being more concerned that the truth may have an adverse effect on the crowd.
screm
Should Holder disappear off and race for Torun tomorrow might come as a surprise to Ged Rathbone, who going by this press release only yesterday is expecting his rider to be at Peterborough.
