Stars V Pirates. 13 July

So I didn't put the date on the title. Hardly the crime of the century. Not worth all the moaning about it. Does anyone know if Ayres will be making his home debut?

Why don't you try writing the heading properly, that would be a start..

Thought it was a rule that you had to put a date on meeting threads anyway.

There are rules on here? Honestly? An observer from the planet Zog would never know. You can rant, rave, threaten, bully or troll people which if reported in the real world would result in prosecution. No wonder the number of posters is dropping.

in the 1961 meeting between the Stars and Pirates there were several really good races.

Joking aside, I think you're being a bit premature here mate. Probably Poole existed then , but Kings Lynn definitely didn't. Maury Littlechild and Cyril Crane, started work on the track back in 1964, with the first meeting in 1965 won by the impressive Terry Betts . Started league racing the following year.
