g13webb
For the first time in many years I feel we can go to Poole and be confident of doing well. Partly because of the Pirates being weaker, plus the Stars are starting to show some form at last, this match should be interesting. We are more than capable of putting one over and coming away with a point or two. Our 3 heat leaders all go well at Wimborne Road. and with Poole checkered form and injuries of late, we should be able to take advantage of this time. Â Imagine taken 6 points off Poole in successive days . That opportunity don't come along very often. Â Final note: 2 or 3 yrs back, I travelled the 200 miles to Poole for the rain sodden Play-off, only to be greeted with a massive man made hole on the first corner. This match was never going to go ahead from the off. and as fans, not being told, we were treated like mugs. I said then I would never do that again. So in normal circumstances I would probably have gone tonight, but after the last time, I will not be going again.......ever......

Steve Shovlar
Well we are truly injury ravaged at the moment so the opposition will certainly fill their boots. Klindt is not fit suprised he is back to be honest. Perhaps there's just no one out there to replace him at the moment. Â Losing our top scorer in Brady is a disaster. Normally we would see off Kings Lynn without too much fuss but the way the season has gone with injuries we are there for the taking at the moment. With the returning KK, the walking wounded Klindt and r/r for our big hitter, it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to deduct we are in crap creek without a paddle.

Poole are in the mess they are in because they have a shockingly under performing number one. To let Klindt ride unfit is poor from the management. Losing Brady is a blow but cant KK, Holder, Hans and Starke take those rides??? Not a huge loss. SteveLyric2
Looking forward to Chris Holder's return - if only to see how he handles the '$#1t' track that he hates so much - as the Stars 3rd heat leader! Â The Stars on paper should have the edge over the Pirates on this one. Not sure that r/r for Brady will yield too much with riders that are either not race fit or are still carrying injuries. Â Still, I'll be taking my usual place and look forward to a decent meeting. Â ps & NB. KK, Klindt and now Brady all injured on the 'superbly well prepared tracks' in Poland. Pirate Baz
Do we know for sure that Klindt is riding? If last time was anything to go by he won't be racing. Is it correct that he dropped out of Poland yesterday? I trust that if he is riding he'll be moved to number 2 so we can have a fit rider at 4 in heat 14 (Jack Holder?). SteveLyric2
Poole's website says Klindt's riding (whether he'll be racing or not remains to be seen!). Maybe Matt needs to see for himself as he was away for the last home meeting so didn't personally witness what we all saw - unless he's watched the Re-Run dvd!!! Â Nicolai certainly didn't ride for Krakow in the Polish meeting that Brady was injured in - not sure if he's been dropped? Â He has a Swedish meeting tomorrow for Indianerna on his calendar so will be interesting to see if he rides there.

Daniel Smith
Maybe Klindt is doing himself a favour and can see what Poole are using him for so another 3 ride 000 to benefit his average for 2018.

Him being half fit and struggling could cost Poole so why persevere with him
