jackofdiamonds
Day of the meeting and no thread. Newcastle look to be on the defensive as Stevie Worrall not riding following his crash at Redcar. Rider replacement will be used, anyone can have a ride. Let's hope Lewis Rose and Ashley Morris raise their game tonight and that that the right Ludvig turns up. Welcome to Dan Greenwood, but it looks like a hard home debut for him. Glasgow must scent taking the points tonight.

Day of the meeting and no Newcastle PR yet, perhaps they were hoping to keep it quiet about Worrall not riding. Glasgow could easily dent your play off charge tonight. erniew
I assume they will move R/R to either 2 or 4 as usual.

They could easily have said a late decision will be made on whether he rides or not.

TheScotsman
Huge stroll in the park for Weegies with Super Stevie being injured. 4 points or forget any thoughts of the play-offs.
StevePark
I assume they will move R/R to either 2 or 4 as usual. Don't know whether they can move it, if Stevie was declared at No. 5, which I presume he would have been. Something in the back of my mind says that it can only happen if the opposition and the meeting referee agree to it and I can't remember when it happened before (I'm sure it did, but it was years, ago). MD
Huge stroll in the park for Weegies with Super Stevie being injured. 4 points or forget any thoughts of the play-offs. Standard MO TS! Write down the Monarchs chances in almost every meeting whilst bigging up the Tigers allowing you to post how shocked and surprised you are when the ht15 result is known. Could set your watch by it!
Gazc
Huge stroll in the park for Weegies with Super Stevie being injured. 4 points or forget any thoughts of the play-offs. PMSL . Really depends how big the park is , this determines how huge the stroll is. Edited June 18, 2017 by Gazc

DiamondGlory
At least with R/R, Lambert can take a ride. 9/10 times, it's a 3-3 or better. All of the lads need to bring their best, cause we're going to need it against a very strong side.
dantodan
I will turn up for this match hoping for two or more of our riders to step up and be counted. Robert will go out and do his job I am sure of that, but Lewis, Ludde and Ashley need to ride like Grand Prix stars. It will be difficult to avoid defeat with Steve being a sick note provider. What a massive blow that he is injured get well soon mate. If our lads can make the gate, as being behind at the tapes and hoping for passing on the 2nd bend we will sink without trace against a quality side like Glasgow. If we can gate we can win, if we miss the starts we will lose. So come on you Diamonds, tame the tigers
bri1966
Let's hope they get enough water into the track or it will be a gaters paradise dust bowl.
erniew
Only consolation I can see for R/R is neither of the reserves have to take a ride, harsh I know but true.
