Poole Pirates Vs Leicester Lions 21/6/17

how can that run along side each other I'm lost ?

Yeah confusing maybe Skidder could clear it up. I have heard it said averages change when team has done 4H/4A or is when riders have done 4H/4A, I would have thought both has to happen before new averages can be allocated but I heard that new averages be given to riders who have not done 4H/4A.

I thought Neil Watson said it was when a team had done 4h/4a?

Entertaining meeting tonight. And no dust either!

Some great racing with loads of passing. Result was never in doubt but it was all good to watch in a superb warm evening with temperatures at 26 degrees.

Poole

Zengota really not doing the job he was brought in for. Best he withdraws and we use guests until KK can return. Made some terrible decisions on track to end up tailed off.

Holder was excellent but should have covered the outside in heat 15. Solid though.

Starke did well with some good passing. Excellent debut.

Kurtz was good though got blocked out in heat 15.

Andersen excellent.

Wilkinson had an excellent heat 14.

Shanes did his job.

For Leicester.

Nilson was useless.

Riss was excellent and never gave up. Exciting rider.

Bjerre was poor.

King was very good his best meeting at Poole for a long while. Lucky in one heat with a monster roller Stevey Wonder would have seen.

Bates rode OK and did a job.

Ayres inspected the fence a couple of times.

Easy win but we can't beat Belle Vue next week without a proper number one or a scoring reserve. We are currently missing two big scorers.

Well Starkey will be at reserve on Monday with Nic hoping to return on Monday in the 1-5.

Going by the new averages on the BSPA site Brady will be Number 1 and probably Nic at 2; Zengi at 3; Jack at 4 and Hans staying at 5. Pure speculation on my part....!

Im not sure Zengota likes our track mate..

should be called off for health and safety then !!

So come on clever clogs, how was the track ? Perhaps you ought to go down next Monday and see exactly what is done instead of coming on here and jumping the gun... ;)

yes i do get that i just think paul would be better at 2 on his debut meeting we never seem to want to change the team around anyway

He proved you wrong then...

Chris Holders pathetic efforts for Kings Lynn will surely mean you get a rejuvenated #1 on a pathetic average next year, Ellis is performing similarly rubbish for Swindon. Hes another shoe-in. How do you Poole fans sleep at night?

Good win for the Pirates.

Just need NK back and KK to return because Zengota to leave. I will give Zengota one thing that he did get his average at the 4 spot for Swindon and a little bit at 5 never really a number 1. But how you score 11 points in Poland and 5 in UK ill never know.

But sorry this Leicester team needs serious re doing.

Worse mistake was leaving out Lebedevs he would have been awesome and getting rid of Kacper G.

Good to see Kyle getting a ride there.

AXED Pirates rider Kyle Newman is expected to complete a move to SGB Premiership strugglers Leicester.

Hometown hero Newman was last week controversially culled by Volvo Cars Poole owner Matt Ford and replaced by Paul Starke.

Newman admitted he had been "shocked" by the decision but added he felt the time had come "for everyone to move on".

The Poole-born charger is set to be unveiled as a new addition to the Leicester ranks in the next couple of days.

If that's the case then Holders 'average fiddling' is a fantastically elaborate plan as it involves poor scoring in Sweden, Poland and the GP's too. All to ride for a promoter he doesn't even get on with?

They were both released due to availability, no point having riders who are going to miss the majority of your home meetings through riding abroad.

Nonsense and you know it. Matt Ford seems to have seen the writing on the walk with Chris Holder last year. Even on Tuesday he was replaced in one ride by the reserve and faired no better last night. Doubt very much we will see Chris back at Poole. Edited by Steve Shovlar

You're track is worse than ever rides more like a moto x track isn't it about time some proper work was done

Lol! Racing was good last night. Were you there? Some cracking races with Starke, Riss, King, Kurtz, Holder all blasting around.

In the pits working, not one rider Inc Poole riders are happy it's a bloody disgrace

Look listen to the voice of authority, if SS Fuhrer says the track is good, then Poole have won. It's a simple equation!
