Highest Ever Winning Margin In A Single Match?

I noted this result among my programmes and wondered if there has ever been a higher winning margin of 70 pts in a single match?

13-Apr-1948: Southampton 89 Wombwell 19

This was in an 18 Heat match. I guess higher is possible in a 20 Heat match but am not aware of it. Any takers?

I can't find anything to beat it but I have confirmed one to match it. 20th July 1953 Wimbledon beat Stoke 89-19 in a National Trophy fixture. It was Barry Briggs who blew the full score in heat 9, finishing behind Don Potter.

2nd September 1933 Belle Vue beat Clapton 98-28 in a National Trophy fixture but I've no idea if the scoring was 3-2-1-0.

The closest in 'recent' times was at Hackney 12th July 1974 when England skelped Poland 88-19.

In 1994 both Eastbourne & Coventry were both awarded 80-0 wins over King's Lynn (both matches should have been Lynn home matches)

Edit : Come across an actual result that beats the 80 point winning margin above.

In 1933 in the National Trophy Wembley demolished Nottingham 103-22

The catch ? Well points were awarded 4-2-1-0 this season. Nat trophy matches were over 18 heats. Nottingham had 4 second places plus a third place (ahead of a Lion rider) whilst Wembley had 13 * 6-1's and a 6-0.

Charlie Blacklock top scored for Nottingham on 7 from 6 whilst the Lion's top 5 all gave one of their rides to one of the reserves.

Oh,it is quite possible i saw you.my friends and me used to call one of the spectators 'Mr no hat'.We used to be behind him as all the people with hats blocked our view. There was also a 'Mr beardy no hat' and a 'Mr baldy no hat' and even a 'Mr beardy baldy no hat' from memory

You've got it. I did used to have a post-it note stuck to my forhead with my name on. Does that help?

Narrows it down a bit,but the east of London is a strange place.Don't suppose you were also in the pub when Ronnie Kray killed George Cornell? If you weren't that does narrow it down even more

Everyone who lived in the Eastend at the time was in that pub that night.

I know one person who wasn't. He didn't go near the K's and they didn't go near him, they knew better and respected him, an ex Hammers footballer from the 50's.
