Panthers V Berwick 11/06

Recommended Posts

Why does it say Harris will "Hopefully make his full debut"...just looking forward to seeing some Speedway again to be honest. Expect us to win this although won't be easy. Etheridge could make a difference at reserve as he was good at the showground last time.

Like to think we can at least show the fight we have done in the last couple of meetings! I'd be happy, considering we have no Bridger, of 12 point ish loss...

Strange choice of words indeed!

As for Bridger it says "Another ex-Panthers rider, Lewis Bridger, is expected to be passed fit following an injury." - so hopefully that's not misinformation.

Weather ok I take it ? Not sure about Bridger didn't race last night

If Bridger isn't fit enough for his own patch 24 hours earlier then you wouldn't expect him to return for this, but who knows? Weather ok now which is irrelevant, but more importantly the forecast is for a fine, sometimes sunny, day.

The thing is he was having treatment all day Friday to try and be fit for last night and was touch and go so you never know

Coming to have a look for the first time as a neutral.

Any ideas on who is actually riding at all?

Pboro have a full team so Harris, BWD, Ostergaard, Starke, Holder, Lambert and Bacon

Berwick have Morris, Gappmaier, Howe, Bridger (or r/r), Doolan, Etheridge and Jake Knight as a guest for Lee Payne (unsure on P'Boro riding order)

Swop Ostergaard and Starke in Peterborough's line-up.

expecting a close meeting today, Morris is in good form, Etheridge will pick up more than a few points, Doolan is likely to get a few, so reckon Panthers need to be on it today or could be surprised

Well its the battle of 2 teams that made 'astute' changes to take advantage in the hiatus between averages becoming effective to build teams 2+ points above the league limit so should be a top drawer contest 😜
