Belle Vue Aces Vs Poole Pirates 9/6/17

Have a great life thanks, that doesn't involve setting up 2nd accounts. Just pointing out facts that's all.

Nothing wrong in that.

You have a great life running round your cycle speedway track. Great.

We cycle we don't run.

Could be worse, I could be a paper boy.

I'd rather be a paper boy thanks.. ;)

Great news that Andersen can now race at Belle Vue. With Batch & a bang in form Brady Kurtz backing Hans tomorrow night, I expect them to give our top 3 a real run for their money. Weather forecast set fair, has the makings of being a cracking meeting, I'm taking 3 speedway newbies to the match, should be a decent intro to our great sport for them. Think the Aces will win a close one, Pirates to take a point.

Since we beat them in the KO Cup Poole haven't scored less than 43 points in any match and sit nicely in second place in the table.

Belle Vue currently out of the play off zone with two unconvincing wins and losses to unfancied Somerset. They look there for the taking by any opponent but against a strong Poole side, it should be a walk in the park for the pirates.

I'm just looking forward to my speedway fix plus the usual good racing.

No home advantage may be our undoing results wise but it certainly seems to add to the spectacle with every racer being in with the chance of a win.

Aces 43 Poole 47 ☹️️

Bjerre 13 Batchelor 13

Great that hans is riding. Gonna be a real tough one now.

1 thing for sure it's bound to be a cracker. Usually is when the pie-rats ate in town.

Really excited for it.

Weather is set perfect to. Tiny bit of rain now stopping very soon to leave a mix day of cloud and sun.

The problem with British Speedway and its a sad thing to say but there are simply too many teams in operation.

To progress the sport you need maybe 12 teams to make up the only professional league over the next 4 years with everyone else dropping into national league and look at developing future talent.

Simply take the top 12 clubs with the best facilities first and grow the sport from scratch

Maybe regional the national league into 2 x 10 if there are enough clubs involved

Me and Rob now coming up. Without Andersen it was pointless in making the 10 hour round trip. Have to say Batchelor is not a good choice. Feel his best is long gone. Don't expect to get a point out of this but enjoy the racing here so as long as the track produces some exciting stuff we can't complain.

If you get the batchelor that rode at the PCMT then he will do a great job for u. Passing inside and out for fun.
