jenga Posted June 1, 2017 Report Share Posted June 1, 2017 (edited) with only a few days to go before this meeting gets under way and no sign of a thread being started , i thought i would give it a kick start . bandits fans feeling down and workington fans feeling great at the moment . i dont know any team news from either camp or any injury problems , apart from rob shuttleworth being on rest leave after getting conk,concusson . a bang on the head . so a guest will be required for him . the rest of workington team looks unchanged ( but isnt ) from the start of the season where as the banditshave had a clear out .. pray for a good and safe meeting to all riders and hope both sets of fans turn up in their thousands and the rain gods dont dance ! No David Howe for Berwick this week, unsure as to the fitness of both our reserves, Payne and Gappmaier, who both were withdrawn from our meeting last Saturday. Bridge and Morris a match for anyone and Doolan good for hopefully double figures but can't see where the other points will come from. DSC67 Posted June 2, 2017 Report Share Posted June 2, 2017 (edited) With a fully fit seven riders this would be a tough match, but with the current injury list at Berwick , they should perhaps give a Ethan Hunt a call as a victory looks like Mission Impossible .
