Tigerish
This could potentially be a cracker. If it is as good as last week's meeting with Glasgow then we will be 'royally' entertained. Tigers to win by 49-
TheScotsman
Very hard to call this one. Based on the Armadiddle leg, Sheffo should stroll it. But the track just might suit Smiler, Rickyyyyyy. the Risss Bros and Picko a bit more than Armadiddle did that night. Might come down to how our reserves fare. Can Cleggy reproduce a bit of his Newcy and home form at Owlerton????? If so then ...............................................!!
STEPHEN 333
Mark Riss was to be the key to this fixture, he was at reserve last month but now he has moved up into the team proper, could be tight but fancy the Tigers by 6 - 8, depends on how will Clegg does against his opposite number Branford ?? MD
Might come down to how our reserves fare. Can Cleggy reproduce a bit of his Newcy and home form at Owlerton????? Or will he do his usual big track routine, lifting at the start and hugging the white line for four laps. Will be a measure of his progress if he doesnt and picks up a few points.
TheScotsman
Yep that's the dilemma MD. Cleggy has the ability - needs to be able to show it on the big tracks. Change of approach required on the biggies?

TheScotsman
youre a cheeky bugger Scotsman 😛 Knew I'd get a bite with that one! (I didn't know the next opponent - assumed it was ippo or the Weegies!)

(I didn't know the next opponent - assumed it was ippo or the Weegies!) whoever wins out in this one its gonna be awkward agreeing dates. With Sheffield you have the 2 Thursday night track issue With Edinburgh you have - well just Edinburgh 😜
TheScotsman
Yes we are usually involved in all competitions well through the rounds so it's always hard to fit in the extra fixtures - and of course last season we lost heaven knows how many matches to the weather. Mr Blobby
Or will he do his usual big track routine, lifting at the start and hugging the white line for four laps. Will be a measure of his progress if he doesnt and picks up a few points. Seen him at Workington the other week he was more competitive but still refuses to move off the white line into the wider faster line. Out of our two reserves can see Mitchell being the stronger of the two. Can see us matching Sheffields top 5 but we'll get the tigers reserves will have the upper hand and will take them through to the next round.
KingIvan
Tigers to win by 10+ BUT could depend on which Josh Bates turns up. Another poor score from him on is home track and time to ship him out.
spin king
Tigers to win by 10+ BUT could depend on which Josh Bates turns up. Another poor score from him on is home track and time to ship him out. Harsh if you are talking about his home performances; Somerset; 4 rides 7 points Berwick; 4 rides 7 points 2 bonus points. Peterborough; 4 rides 5 points Redcar; 4 rides 10 points 1 bonus point. Glasgow; 4 rides 4 points 2 bonus points. His away performances Ipswich; 4 rides 4 points 2 bonus points. Workington; 5 rides 2 points 1 bonus points. Edinburgh; 5 rides 8 points 3 bonus points. Scunthorpe; 4 rides 10 points 2 bonus points. (Paid Maximum). Not bad performances so far this season, maybe you could explain how you base the fact that Josh holds the key to us going through and that he deserves to be dropped. Really interested to know your views.

I was thinking the same Josh has gone from 5.02 to 6.65 green sheet he has been doing well this season
