mudflaps
What do stars fans think about Chris Holder taking the pi$$ by signing for them on a CMA of 12.53 and managing to get his average down to GSA 6.53 by the end of may - in a watered down league.. I bet Matt Fraud is laughing his head off as he prepares team building ideas for 2018.... Edited May 30, 2017 by Flyin Panther

I bet Matt Fraud is laughing his head off as he prepares team building ideas for 2018.... Was always going to lose 3-4 points off that average anyway and his performances are improving for us so don't really think much of it to be honest. Steve Shovlar
Matt Ford should have told Holder his lack of form is only for the UK. He seems to have taken Fords command litterally and so pretend to be out of form in all countries including the GP series. That way Kings Lynn fans might not cotton on. Lol!
foreverblue
Chris Holder seems to be purposely lowering his average so Kings Lynn can bring in a better rider for lower down the order!
Gavan
Chris Holder is struggling everywhere, personally i feel he is on the downgrade and apart from the odd good meeting isnt the Chris Holder from 3 or so years ago
keef robin
Poole without The Turbo Twins are not the same, used to love watching them at Blunsdon. Noddy did well last year in league and GPS, struggling this year along with last year's top guys such as Greg and Lindback. Wiseguy
Something's not right with him, feel sorry for him despite not being a fan of any of his clubs. There is no way he is doing it purposely, he may get a good deal in Britain on his new average but the Poles are a bit more ruthless and he is risking losing his team place, He's already riding at reserve in Sweden tonight and there's no way he'll get top 8 in the GP,s on his current form I hope for his sake he gets a a load of points at reserve tonight and it gives him a boost, he looked great at the pairs

SteveLyric2
Maybe his Monster fuel has lost its fizz or has been tampered with by Red Bull??? Same as Hancock and Lindback. Just look at how the Red Bull riders are doing Edited May 30, 2017 by Skidder1
OveFundinFan
Could be some Monster sponsorship up for grabs next year by the looks of it.

semion
Keep hearing about all his off track problems., do these things really effect a rider for the 60 seconds he throws his leg over a bike ?
OveFundinFan
Keep hearing about all his off track problems., do these things really effect a rider for the 60 seconds he throws his leg over a bike ? I dont know what off track problems you referring to, but yes, I do think what is going on in your life will affect how people perform, whether its good things in life making performances better, or bad things in life making things worse. What goes on in someones head can be very complex and different people will be affected differently to some degree. If something is going wrong "at home" then that will affect majority of people, maybe Darcys crash is still affecting him, difficult to put things aside at times. Ou makeup is very complex.

THE DEAN MACHINE
Keep hearing about all his off track problems., do these things really effect a rider for the 60 seconds he throws his leg over a bike ? yes , speedway is and always has been a head game , you can have the best equipment money can buy but if your head isn't 100% on it you won't get to that first corner first and the higher the standard you race at the more it will punish you , every rider will at some point hit a mental rut and it is harder to get out of it than it was to get in it . I believe this is where holder is at the moment, I also think he needs a change of tuner and maybe try a GTR or at least something different but that's his decision
Grachan
I think Darcy's crash, plus his own, affected him a great deal. It also seemed to have an effect on Troy Bachelor and Nick Morris but they seem back on it this year. Chris, though, was probably his closet friend.
Gunner85
With no rolling aves and new averages after 4 h and 4 a, then the promoters have had a field day strengthening up by " fiddling " their averages. In this case it is more exaggerated due to Chris's high starting ave. Once again promoters set up rules that can be used to strengthen up during the season Is it any wonder that the media show so much disdain to Speedway ?

g13webb
I will say straight away Holder is as genuine as rider as I have seen. No-one will tell me he's not trying..The way he battled with Bomber last week was something to behold , neither giving an inch. The difference being world class, to being very good is of small margins, Chris although still very good is fractionally off his all conquering best, but it will come........ Just a pity posters cant get off his back and leave him to get it right. At least he is one of the few remaining stars, that are bothered to compete on these shores.....
