Leicester V Poole Sat 3/6/17

Still no mention of Lions team to face Poole on Sat night on their own website ??

Poole confirm team as .... K Nilsson, K Howarth, L Bjerre, D King, J Garrity, M Riss, D Ayres .... abut the best we could hope for I reckon ... not sure it will enough to beat Poole though ... Klindt at reserve is a potent weapon for them as can see him having 7 rides if needed.

Cheers

It is on Leicester website now.

Apparently Schlein twisted his knee in first race and pulled hamstring but battled through until pulling up in heat 13,so I would have thought it would be better for both parties if he pulled out of the guest booking especially when he would most likely be expected to have 5 rides possibly 6.

If Roo Boy has to pull out of the meeting not many other options for Poole other than to use Lewis Kerr maybe ? Bit of a headache for Matt Ford I guess !

Cheers

That was my suggestion before he picked Schlein, Lewis Kerr rides Leicester pretty well too and it would mean an extra ride for Hans Andersen too which wouldn't be a bad thing.

I agree about Klindt, but not being exactly on top of the average rulings, when will he move up into the main body of the team? Klindt's current average is 2nd only to Nilsson had he still been a Lion. It's such a massive advantage.

Nicolai will complete his 4th home meeting v Wolves on Wednesday 7th June. Similarly with Brady, Hans and Jack who have all done enough away meetings already.

Nicolai's running 2017 average after 3 Home/4 Away meetings is 6.67 which would put him at 2nd string along with Kyle Newman (who will likely retain his starting average as he's been out injured), with Jack Holder dropping to reserve - all depending on the scoring in the final 4th Home meeting!?

And their new averages will come into effect once their seven competitor teams have completed 4h and 4a!

Not on the Leicester website yet, but Garrity and Ayres replaced by Josh G and Jack Smith tonight with r/r for E.Riss according to Poole website!!

Schlein is apparently declared fit to guest for Kurtz!

Ok that is good hope Schlein doesn't pull out after one race as that would be a disaster, he has obviously assured Matt Ford that he is fit but you never know. Josh G probably stronger than Garrity at the moment but Jack Smith is weaker than Ayres so still think it should be a comfortable win but you never know.

Not going this evening as Leicester by far the least entertaining track in the league. Think it will be close and Poole will certainly miss Brady.

Shouldnt be close as Poole thumped them last time and if anything are just as strong this time.

KK, Holder and Kurtz got 25 last time and i would expect Zengota , Schlein and r/r to score 20 between them.

Newman for Kerr is also a benefit

Leicester are weaker as well.

Howarth scored 2 last time at Leicester so is not a good replacement for Erik Riss and im not sure Mark Riss can match Bates.

Josh G for Garrity is a good choice

For Poole , Zengota goes well at Leicester, Schlein got a max there last time so is like for like for Kurtz and r/r will get more than the 2 that Holder got last time.

Poole won by 22 last time, anything less than a 10 point win for Poole will be a poor performance
