Sheffield V Ipswich 18/05/17 7.30 Sgbcl

As usual I don't fancy us to get any thing on the Sheffield track, even with the team we have. Could it be another 20+ thrashing? We need to do better on this track as I think they will be one of the teams in the play offs for sure.

I think there is a bit of playing hopes down in here. Ippo have the riders to do very well at Sheffield - King, Schlein & Sedgman should score well, Newman & Heeps have the capability and background to go well, Probably struggle at reserve, but now have track knowledge in there.

If you gate you win at Sheffield, so get the gating boots on!

I would take the Tigers by 15

Can see Josh outscoring Danny by about 3

Todd Kurtz will be about 3-4 points better than Cameron.

A lot will depend on Sedgman and Newman keeping it tight points wise with Bjerre and Bates

I think Kyle will score more than Schlein but not much.

However i can see our reserves scoring 8-99 less than Sheffields

Hope im wrong

Last time I saw Sedgmen ride at Sheffield he came as a guest for Sheffield and scored 0 from 3 rides, think he pulled up in his last outing with mechanical issues (or was it embarrassment!) Anyway I think he's improved somewhat since then and I'm looking forward to heat 3.

Don't think the track will need any water on it tonight!
