Belle Vue V Swindon Friday 19th May

Recommended Posts

He's a Belle Vue asset so regardless of who signed him first he should be riding for them in any clashes.

See #19. he was NOT a Belle Vue asset when he signed for Newcastle. he was a BSPA asset as Morton & Co.'s license was anulled. IF Belle Vue have reaquired the assets from BSPA then Regulations clearly state "Further transfers will NOT have any effect on rider priority".

He should be at Newcastle. It is Vatcher's decision a SCB manager to say he will ride at Belle Vue. Not the BSPA. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell the Newcastle promotion.

Did Newcastle sign Worrall on a full transfer, or who received the loan/double up fee? Surely Champman didn't try and syphon even more money into his own pocket?

All the Belle Vue riders were ring fenced unless the rider himself asked for a move, every promoter knew the score (although it didn't stop Chapman trying to sign Fricke by making him an offer) given Chapman was behind the whole fiasco during the winter it doesn't come as a surprise it was something else he cocked up.

If I were you I would be very careful what you post !! If people are being prosecuted for Libellous Trip advisor posts then you also can be with your libellous comments.

Sorry I didn't realise that was the case.

Enjoyed that :approve:

Bit slow starting but a couple of decent races half way through, particularly Smith trying to pass Wajtknecht in heat 12. Always nip and tuck, though.

Very important point from Bewley when he passed Williamson in heat 11.

Morris was unlucky. Got bumped in heat 9 by Sedgmen and then went out of it and dropped a chain in heat 15.

Very good to hear the enthusiasm from Robin Southwell over the mic, and looked a decent attendance to me.

One downer : get rid of that clown on the centre green. Amongst some pretty stiff opposition, he's just about the worst presenter in the land. Its made all the worse by the fact that Neil Drummond is rapidly becoming one of the best box men in the game - understated, knowledgeable and hitting the comments bang on.
