Peterborough V Berwick 19/5

Well if he does ride (as reported that he is) then a grippy track will cetainly test any injury. Forecast clear now so shouldn't be any problems with this meeting completing.

Tried to give the benefit but never really convinced. Didn't help that they can't forecast the weather for a 12 hour period!

These are getting rediculous now, Berwick travelled to Ipswich for it to be called off at around 7 then the same thing at Peterborough a few weeks later

its not like they stood there with a hose trying to make it that way....

ย

...who would be stupid enough to do that... 😜

Getting a bit of luck at the right time is part of the recipe for success

To be fair to panthers promotion..it was very light rain today with a forecast of no rain in afternoon..who knew that there would be the downpour from 5.30..it certainly wasn't forecasted and is now a lovely evening of course.

It was forecasted on Met Office when I checked at 1ish that is for sure. Yet again when Inchecked at 4ish it was due to be rain.

Met office was all over the place all day, but initially it was rain until lunch and then fine until about 8pm when there might be some showers. It was not forecast to keep raining as it did on and off all day (in fact late afternoon the met office just somehow showed white cloud). Given the amount of rain on Wednesday and the forecast from late Thursday then it was highly unlikely to be on. You can give out all the dry track and we ain't had no rain messages you want but I can't remember the last time I turned up to a Peterborough rain off.

we are half way through May, of course they are imminent, Ged will be having nightmares about same 1-7 for over a month now!

And so are a lot of the fans . Some riders are just not cutting it they've had there chance, so now its time to make changes otherwise they will just be cannon fodder for all visiting teams, and you can imagine what will happen on away performances, as a team they are just not good enough

Spot on. No room for patience with only the top 4 making the play offs
