Mad Max
It was mainly because I was hoping they'd sign someone who our lads could actually beat more than anything. Just a pain to watch our reserves at the backin nearly every race. which is the exact problem with our team!
StevePark
For those who are suggesting changing the/a reserve(s) and dropping one (or more) of the top 5. It's not that long ago when some wanted an out and out number one (which meant changes lower down) and we signed Danny King and it changed the whole balance of the side. If the promotion were thinking about going down that route, Danny's unfortunate injury was an ideal opportunity to do that. The fact they didn't would suggest we have got what we've got for the foreseeable future, so, get used to it!!

Wouldn't "Nosey Parker" be better?
StevePark
Ok. On a different topic, I'm not sure about the title "Parked in Both Camps". Wouldn't "Nosey Parker" be better? Blame George for that. I have no control over the title of the column. Same as "A Walk in the Park" last season!

The fact they didn't would suggest we have got what we've got for the foreseeable future, so, get used to it!! Thing is... We have two out and out number ones (Steve and Robert) and it's sacrificing the bottom end Where that year, we didn't have any at all... I realize now that George and the promotion won't make a move like that, since they didn't do it, doesn't mean I still can't talk about it What I'd want them to do... You mean they'd do the opposite of what they did when Danny King came into the team? looking at it one way,,, they can only improve. Don't think Ben did badly, and Danny was starting to perform just before his injury, the home meeting against Berwick (I think) when JPB guested, didn't he win the reserves race and then hold on for a 5-1in heat 8? That was a great performance Blame George for that. I have no control over the title of the column. Same as "A Walk in the Park" last season! What do people mean with all these park puns? Dandelion
He's British?! Riding in Britain is top of the list, same as Danes in Denmark, Swedes in Sweden and Poles in Poland, someone correct me if I'm wrong, he might be saying that Germany is his number 1 priority in his head but when it comes to fixture clashes only Kings Lynn and FIM type meetings will effect his Newcastle fixtures Robert (The Brit) is riding in Sweden and misses Edinburgh Vs Newcastle (His British club) I'm confused Not that it takes much..... The Cheese
Robert (The Brit) is riding in Sweden and misses Edinburgh Vs Newcastle (His British club) I'm confused Not that it takes much..... The meeting in Sweden is the U21 World Championship qualifier which is an FIM meeting so takes priority. Then again Adam Ellis is also in that meeting but is at Belle Vue for Swindon tonight.. I see, I was told he's riding in Sweden tomorrow, didn't even know about the FIM meeting, thanks again Although it's interesting to see that Adam Ellis is riding for Swindon tonight still...
