Flappy
Joe Jacobs we've had here before and i'm not sure he could perform any better than Lambert at reserve as for Liam Carr ,well if he's not good enough for Berwick what makes you think he would fair any better at the showground. He'd be at number 7 for us and not at number 4 like he was at Berwick. He is also riding NL now
New era Panthers
Oh me of little faith! Â Fantastic point against the odds. Â That Pickering boy is sensational. Â And a huge hand to guest Danny Ayres - especially after that horrendous crash in heat 14 he was still prepared to go all out against Osty. I did say thought it would be a lot closer than what some were predicting . overall a good meeting and it looks like a great find Monarchs have in Josh Pickering very impressed with his around the boards never say die style
allthegearbutnaeidea
Liam will be fine at number 7 if that's the route you go for
Lukas
Other riders available are Jacobs,Bowen, Boxhall and Roynan.I would keep Lambert..he will get back to his best at reserve...Bacon though is not even on the pace..what about Jordan Jenkins at Mildenhall? Gazc
Edinburgh aren't the kind of team to get a clattering anywhere, they have some top end oomph and with Ayres always likely to score a few and P'boro being inconsistent a narrow defeat always looked on the cards. Took a fair clattering at Glasgow last Saturday from what i wittnessed.
scotchopper
Fantastic point for the Monarchs tonight given the 2 Riss boys were missing. Danny Ayres was an excellent replacement for Mark and fair play to Ben Morley getting a vital point in heat 12.

wealdstone
Suggest as well as Ambulance standing by there should also be a "Kwik Fit Fitter " for rapid repair or replacement of inflatables.

Sings4Speedway
Does Ayres have a championship club? Â Not yet but given his recent performances i think its only a matter of time. Also interesting to see Ollie Greenwood walking around yesterday? Bit far from home just to watch but may have been passing through.
Baldyman
Looks like 2 camps in the panthers fans ranks. Lambert to stay and lambert to go. Unless someone better out there which is an obvious choice, Ayres maybe? If not you have to stick with lambert, as he is better than what he is currently showing. Gr8scot
Well, that was a nice surprise, well done the Monarchs makeshift 7. IMO with Erik & Mark in place it was ours for the taking. Danny was an inspired choice of guest and I hope he and BWD are none-the-worse for that crash. Josh riding with broken fingers and tendon damage..... what a guy!!! One or two people on here just too eager to make changes and think that will solve the problem , and when it backfires it would be the management that would have to carry the can for there rashness. When making team changes you have to make sure that they will improve the overall strength of the team and so far I havn't seen any suggestions that back this up , admitted we have a problem with Simon Lambert and Tom Bacon who are underperforming at the moment but with Simon due to go down to reserve when the new averages are operational surely it is better to give him the chance and it could be just the boost he needs to get his confidence and form back, with Tom it's a bit different I havn't seen any improvement in the lad whatsoever , it seems by the time he gets to the 1st bend he already out of the race , i'm sure Tom is doing all he can to get himself up and running , and I would like him to succeed but to be honest , I don't see it happening anytime soon .
