Redcar V Berwick Ch 4th May

Solve the Worral problem by soaking the track before the start, he was pretty slow for Newcastle until the track dried out, and as to the score 49-41 will do me

He rides a wet track every week at Newcastle, it's just not 4in thick of sludge/dirt.

It always amuses me when Newcastle (with the worst track in the country) critisise what is now one of the best . Ok it was wet, happens when it rains..

Been in hibernation somewhere. Newcastle is now, and has been a proper riders track for some time, at the same time that your track has taken considerable stick from the likes of HalifaxTiger for being too slick with minimum passing and is 100% worse than when Glyn used to do it. How many track curators have you had since then.

Even last week, where was the passing in the first 8 heats till it was chewed up a bit and the racing was a different class after that.

Liking the way you sneakily covered that post over with the use off the word "rider" instead of racer :P

As stated above, Stevie Worrall guests for Berwick, otherwise team line-ups as you'd expect.

There's an NJL mini-match after the main event, but teams for that aren't listed on referee's notification yet.

Redcar Carl basford, Gavin parr , Alex Goldsbourgh, Elliot Kelly

Berwick josh embleton, Kieran Douglas, Luke Harrison Sam McGurk

Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the Updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message which includes your mobile number.

Thanks

Perhaps you have not noticed we now have a new promotion & a proper track curator, Track is now every bit as good as when GT was there.

I am afraid that Newcastle is the same as it has been since the Mauger years , a homer.

no offence to my Diamond pals but the problem at Brough has always been the same while I've been going and thats the shape. I can never understand why the bends aren't shortened - would it be more like Monmore then?

Do you mean bends? or the straights?

Redcar are flying at home at the moment but we have a few riders capable of good scores on that track. Think bears are probably a bit stronger than us at the moment so 51-39
