As you rightly say all fans have the right to air their opinions, those who attend in particular. One of the reasons speedway is on its knees is that those opinions are treated with contempt, derision and, on occasion, abuse. I have to say, though, that things are changing a little. Isle of Wight are the shining light here but the new Redcar promotion are an improvement apparently (then again, compared to Havelock almost anything would be) and Shads has commented that the Rye House set up will listen (unlike the 'sod you' attitude before). There are some things that have to remain confidential but as much as possible should be in the open. Problem with that is you couldn't have crooked, prejudiced rulings made by unknown persons, and there's no way on earth they are going to change that. Dead right . I am pretty sure there are more 'keyboard warriors' who don't go than those who actually do. I think that's just about spot on.
