MPT was great at the NSS last season, as was R Tungate, alas at the PCMT he scored 3pts from 5 rides,Speedway has a habit of throwing spanners, MPT may score well, he may not also.

Should still be a close meeting, but I hope our recent form carries on. 48-42 to the Aces.

A guest for the guest? Only in Speedway...😁

A solid looking 'team/select' Leicester, many of them very adapt at winning races at the NSS...

May miss Bjerre's 13 or so tonight...?

Having thought about it I fancy Leicester for a point here.

Bates/King/Nilsson and MPT will score 40 between them. Gomolski being Polish will enjoy it I'm sure

Gomolski will love the the place, he will be a danger to the Aces tonight with no Kenny to clip his wings...

When I saw the teams and after heat 12 I thought we were going to lose this match. Leicester were considerably strengthened whilst The Aces were weakened without Yogi. We dug deep and all the boys played their part, especially young Dan Bewley who for me, was the matchwinner with a top ride in heat 14. This team does not know when they are beat and I am so proud of them. Well done to The Aces and also well done to Leicester who fully deserved their point. Aces til I die.

If BV were ruthless and changed Sedgmen how good would they be?!

For who?

I thought Justin rode well tonight ,

Well done to the Aces , great fighting spirit.

Also massive credit to the Lions who played their part in a truly absorbing meeting ,

I have thought about that.

But, this teams biggest asset is it's character and it's togetherness. All the averages in the world will not change that.

I'd normally say bollocks to that theory but I think we need to keep this team together.

An average meeting at the NSS...

By that I mean only three or four very good races, passing in only about ten of them, and a last heat decider!!....

Steve Worralls first turn where he went round three riders from last to first in the space of thirty yards, inches from the fence was superb viewing from the South Stand...

When seeing the Leicester team you knew they had a good chance given their individual respective liking for the NSS and so it proved. Well deserving of a point..

No Bjerre certainly evened things up a bit but nothing should be taken away from Leicesters performance. Everyone of their team contributed and MPT once again showed his underated qualities..

The Aces certainly look 'a proper team', with their Captain Craig Cook being first on track, (and had almost walked to the tapes), after Heat 14, to enthusiastically congratulate Sedgmen and Bewley on their pivotal 5-1, being a clear example of the Aces' team spirit. (And his growing leadership influence)...

If only all Speedway was this 'average'....

Not the greatest meeting by NSS standards. A scattering of passes here and there but we have come to expect a lot better.

This BV team doesn't know when it's beaten. There is a character about it that you don't often see in speedway. A great set of lads who get along with each other.

When someone has a bad meeting, somebody else steps up

3 consecutive maximums from 3 different people shows you the character and strength in this team.

Just a shout out for max as well. He's been much better in the last 3 meetings. Not sure if it was mechanical but really critical we've got him firing now.

Got such a cool style on the motorbike. Not sure if it's me bit he reminds me a lot of Chris holder
