SCB
There is a facility been granted for both matches, unfortunately KK's meeting was postponed nobodys fault, late booked flights cost fortunes why should Poole foot the bill just because of the weather.Fortune? The flights last night and this morning were anything from £39 to £150. The most expensive flight I can find for today on Skyscanner is £102. mdmc82
Kaspazak has started the season in poor form for Poole while Morris has been riding well. That's the reason why Poole are sticking with the guest over their own rider who is free. Poole should be able to get 7pts today against a average looking Somerset team Edited April 14, 2017 by mdmc82
flagrag
I ageee with the majority here that Poole should be allowed a guest for KK this morning due to the early start but he should be at Somerset this evening as there are plenty of options to get here for early afternoon with direct flights available for under £125 to Bristol from Gdansk or Krakow if wanted something more near his mechanic same applies flight into East Midlands from Wroclaw. The question is if this had been a double up rider who knew his fixture clash for this evening had been cancelled last night or this morning he would have been expected to ride at Somerset or get banned

Steve Shovlar
Must be just KK wants to put his feet up!!Once a fascility has been granted it will not be withdrawn. Would be a nonsense. Good crowd here this morning. Bad referreeing tungate missed the two mins by 15 seconds andhe was allowed in! Not that it made any difference. acef
Nope. You are 100% wrong with that! Gavan is the one that annoys people. Probably why he is always getting banned. It seems most poole fans sing from this sheet. Most of what Gavan says seems pretty straight up to me. Makes some valid points.
mdmc82
Fastest time of the season for Morris in heat 1. Can see why they didn't rush KK back, how many heat 1s at home as he won this season so far 😉
stevebrum
I should think all Poole fans would want KK over Morris today. But if KK was suddenly announced to ride you can bet there would be a few moaning at his inclusion because we are letting down a booked guest, and crying foul because he wasn't in the declared team for these fixtures. Anyway its all pointless as he is not here until Sunday at Swindon. And in others news Poole gain by getting a facility for a rider who isn't racing in Poland .

I like Gavan and agree it's just mainly some Poole fans who find him annoying because he tells a few 'home truths' against their beloved team.

Your not 'seeing' through anything. I like Gavan and agree it's just mainly some Poole fans who find him annoying because he tells a few 'home truths' against their beloved team. He tells it like it is. He's honest. If anyone is trolled it's him, by Starman. Consistently. As an aside, I see Nick Morris is having a terrible meeting today.
stevebrum
Morris scoring more than KK has so far this season. How on earth can a rider with no meeting in Poland be allowed a facility? ? Shocking.

Steve0
I see Rohan has started this season like last one for Swindon. He should have been dropped and there was an opportunity to do so and just then he kicked into gear and was nigh on unbeatable - scoring points for fun. Hope he picks up because Somerset need more from him than Swindon did. There is a facility been granted for both matches, unfortunately KK's meeting was postponed nobodys fault, late booked flights cost fortunes why should Poole foot the bill just because of the weather.Because Poole signed him to ride for the season - he had plenty of time for the evening meeting at least - regardless of the cost to get him here. Poole didn't have to sign him but when they did and he can reasonably make a meeting when another is postponed then he should ride or no facility! SomersetBlue
Well first meeting at Poole decent meeting with a few good races, have to say though track was an absolute disgrace could hardly see the last few races and hardly any attempt to water apart from a little bit on the first bend. For Poole Morris, Kerr, Andersen and Klindt were solid. Holder started well and dropped off after two races. Shanes had a bad meeting but is capable of better. Kurtz was awesome and was by far the best rider on track. For Somerset we had Paddy Hougaard who continues to impress, Wright deserved more than paid 4 as he was in contention in his last three rides. Also Jake did ok considering a track he hasn't seen competitively. Starke didn't have the best of meetings but still got a win. Graversen looked ok for a no.7 in first two heats but then completely tailed off. Problem for the Rebels was the top two Grajczonek needs to scoring more than 6 and to me gives up when at the back and Tungate is losing way too many points because of his bikes which is annoying seeing as his bikes in Poland are working beyond fine. Will be tough later but hopefully Starke, Grajczonek, Allen and Wright will back Hougaard up more.
mdmc82
Breaking news. Garrity in for Morris at Somerset tonight due to Morris. Losing his main engines today. He's on route to PJR now Bet they wish they had got KK back now. I love watching Garrity but he's not a number 1, that said Somerset have no number 1 either Edited April 14, 2017 by mdmc82

Steve Shovlar
All very easy as expected for Pirates. Somerset no threat this morning. They got a little lucky mid meeting with Morris ef and Hans exclusion. But then Pirates just steppedup a gear and left the rebels for dead. Poole should have had 60. KK would have got a max so Somerset let off a little. Morris dis ok but the ef was a pain. Brady a class above with a last to first in heat 13. Messed up a mac with a completely fluffed start in heat 15. I am sure it will be a lot different tonight with Somerset seeking revenge.
