Carried on for a few seasons, that one. Martin Dugard was rather ruthless on track - nice bloke off it.

Trouble was Rob Martin could sometimes dish it out but found it hard to accept the situation when reversed...left me with some great memories however!

 

I remember them having a coming together on the second bend at Cowley and an almighty ruckus following. Bob Dugard was out there throwing his weight about too.

 

Oxford v Swindon was always an edgy affair - more so than Swindon v Oxford seemed to be for some reason.

It did always seem to kick off at Cowley rather than Blunsdon!! Mind you, at Cowley, we did have dear old Kojak winding up the Swindon fans. ;):D

I don't think Stefan Andersson would agree..

 

That was still on track, though (although not on a bike). ;) Off track, Stefan Andersson and Martin Dugard were pals, weren't they?
