allthegearbutnaeidea
Make happen Havy there's only one keeper Lewis Bridger the rest can go.Bit harsh, please tell me what Dany Gappmaier has done wrong this season so far? Also no point in getting rid of Ryan Blacklock as we have to have a 2 pointer and he has been fine just tries a bit too hard, Claus has also done his job, the rest on the other hand... Brilliant meeting tonight but we can't be getting beat at home, shout out to Luke Ruddick who was brilliant to watch and should be extremely proud of himself for his first meeting since last summer and to Josh Pickering who was immense and looks like a brilliant signing, I will go to Edinburgh on Friday and hope that a bit of spirit is shown by the boys. Can't see Carr and Doolan being dropped due to club connections but they need to dramatically up their game and the less said about the Frenchman the better at the moment. Nice to see a lot of Monarchs fans down tonight creating a good atmosphere.
one arm bandit
Carr and berge have to go and even Dolan could get the chop, no need to keep persevering with Carr because " he's a local boy"!! And as for berge well we've not seen any progression at the start of the season to merit being kept. Doolan, well is it one season to many, great captain but does that merit being kept?!!. I no it's early but changes must be made in my view or all promoters hard work will b up in the air
tweedcider
Berwick's team was very much built for Shielfield. It was never going to dominate away and to lose so early on their home turf is very damaging. They need at least a change or two, it's clearly just not a good enough side. Some people are on the pitch.......
Barnstormer
Two lads from Ipswich put in a fairly good show last week either would have been more than a match for Davey to be fair it's all right putting up names but do they want to travel up from south to Berwick the back again to ride on Sunday as per Mountain for one
MD
Doolan, well is it one season to many, great captain but does that merit being kept?!!. Often happens to riders during their testimonial season. You really should have seen off the manky mob tonight though Pickering is looking a shrewd Aussie after the last dud. Just dont go making any changes for the next 7 days, we could do with picking up some away points.
DSC67
If you don't make starts or get heat winners you ain't going to win meetings it's as simple as that . Our no2 scored 2+2 theirs a guy who has never seen the place before scored 7 says it all really . Tough period ahead for the Bandits but if things don't improve after the away match at Glasgow I can see changes being
topsoil
Pickering looks a hell of a signing based on tonight. Just too many Berwick riders under performing right now. Edinburgh gave a lesson in gating tonight. Some good races, Lewis Bridger produces a cracking ride in heat 10 to pass the brothers Riss. I'm not one for pushing the panic button but unless some riders improve you can see things slipping away. Crowds have been excellent so far, helped by travelling fans, but a run of defeats will start to affect attendances. Well done to Luke Ruddick as well, biggest cheer of the night from the home fans.
bigeddiechek
Result aside, thought it was a cracking meeting. Bridger producing two of the best moves I've seen round the 4th bend. Â Pickering is going to go a long way in the sport. Â A few people questioned Luke in for Ryan. Thought the young lad did great, and looks a Hell of a tough! Â Another cracking crowd. Long may it continue.
Mr Blobby
kind of expected us to keep it close but a win is even better. great start to the season for the boys. young josh has been fantastic so far and long may it continue. A 5 man team at the moment just need to get Max and Mitch firing and we'll be looking good. some of the boys weren't the quickest but we were getting out the gates very well and riding the right lines. Need to take advantage of having Mark at reserve as he isn't going to be there for long.
spin king
Cannot be far off the new set of green sheets come out and I would wait for that as quite few of the Bandits averages will drop.  I would replace Blacklock with either James Sarjeant (Kyle Newman due back soon, so James time would be up at Ipswich) or Stefan Nielsen.  Move Carr down to reserve  Move Berge to number 2 in the riding order (where he is most effective)  Doolan to either 3 or 4 to partner the new rider.  Vissing to 5.  Do that and you at least stop the rot at home.
Fromafar
Well done to the Monarchs better Team on the night,Josh Pickering very impressive looks like they have found another decent Aussie.Few cracks showing in the Bandits line -up can only get better ,afew tough home matches to come based on tonight's showing,Luke done ok in my book for a 2 pt reserve. kind of expected us to keep it close but a win is even better. great start to the season for the boys. young josh has been fantastic so far and long may it continue. Â Max is a confidence rider and at the moment he's seems to be a a all time low. It's a shame as we know what he's capable of. Hopefully he can get a race win under his belt and can start to rebuild his season.

Fenway Bleachers
Josh a revelation ..just needs to get his elastic bands fully wound for heat 1.. Biancas other half imperious and lightening from the gate. Sam rode well but struggled from the coffin box trap 1. Unlucky in 11 to get picked off mid track, whilst trying to assist Josh. Mark looked sharp and deserved to score more. Erik improved as meeting went on and Mitch beat opposite number onceand got a gift in heat 4..2 points are fine. max is a worry..no sign of improvement on big tracks, slow out gate and into corners...even when trying to jump 14, he penalised himself and mark in trap 3. still 3 points most welcome. For Berwick...Bridger`s ride in 10 as good as Ive seen there since Cookie, if he gates better should win more than he loses, Doolan capable of big rides but might struggle in 13 and 15, against opposing big guns, and Viss and gapp good value and tried hard. The snail and Liam struggling, with the latter needing a spell at reserve. Â Good luck next Saturday of course...but I fear for you. We should get mid 50s next Friday and the Tigs might do similar on Sat.
screm
Losing to Newcastle, Ipswich and Sheffield is one thing but to lose to Edinburgh, at home, is quite another. Interesting to see which way the management goes, stick with these riders in the hope they come good, drop the under performing riders lower down the team no matter how popular they are, or drop one or two of the top riders and free up more points. One things for sure, nothing clears a stadium more than home defeats.
allthegearbutnaeidea
Can Liam be put at 7 with his average? We can't even use the excuse that it's because he is at number 2 because he just looks incredibly slow and is riding the wrong lines
