Mr Bump
It seemed a bit odd to me that after Glyn had been re-hired, the Track Curator position on the website list of club officials kept showing TBC whilst all of the others had names added, as and when appointments were made. His name never appeared. I thought that too. Popped in to have a look at the track yesterday, Glyn wasn't there, couple of guys going round with some big machinery. Didn't appear to be much of a top surface on it. New owner was there however, plus a certain Mr. Hemsley too!
BTFC LION
Sorry can not give any info today, I will be in Nottingham all day, should just get back in time for the meeting.
A ORLOV
The forecast seems to show less rain now, just a light rain shower around 6pm so hopefully the meeting will be ok.
flagrag
I know quite a few people keep saying that they are surprised that David Hemsley has been up the track recently but you have to remember that he is still owner of the stadium and also is still a speedway fan he was quite a regular at Coventry and Peterborough before setting Leicester up. I hope that if the racing tonight is a lot better than the meetings last year that the fans tell him the he should have made the track changes. Mr Bump
Very brief shower about 4.30pm but blue sky now so all systems go.That's good news! We've had no rain in south Leicestershire at all but there was a downpour at the footy. Looking forward to it!
Glennylion
Be astonished if this isn't delayed. Massive queues outside and only 2 people serving.
Gemini
Massive queue and getting bigger.
WembleyLion
Looks like it will be a big crowd. Lengthy queues outside for the two box office booths so I guess a delayed start is inevitable!

WembleyLion
Wish I hadn't come. I'm shattered already and we aren't inside yet. They have just announced a delayed start. I think the two ladies in the box office will need a good rest too! Edited April 1, 2017 by WembleyLion

A ORLOV
Both meetings have big crowds. Fabulous. That in itself is very good but not if you have got idiots who have only opened a couple of entrances. They will be moaning when fans do not return because they have been put off by the delays in getting in.
SCB
Great that it's a big crowd but I'm sure more meeting in 2017 have been delayed than started on time. Promoters need to get a grip on this. It's like they're shocked that people want to see their product.

Steve Shovlar
Still not started. If people are still outside its their bad luck. Delaying too long will p off the people inside. Whats it going to be like next week with Poole in town? Open at 4? Hope there's no track issues at Leicester tonight. With a big crowd I hope the night runs smoothly.
