Does anyone know if a schedule has been released for the prem meetings that will be shown on TNT? Or when prem meetings are likely to start being aired on TNT?

I think the first TNT match is King's Lynn vs Oxford on Monday the 28th of April, not sure if a schedule has been released after that.

As has been mentioned the first one is King's Lynn v Oxford on April 28th. The full schedule I believe is imminent but they will be going to each track once initially, and then on from there seeing how it pans out. Plus playoffs and British Final.

Speaking to my speedway buddies over the weekend, not one of them is going to fork out an extra £31 a month to get TNT. Be interesting to see the viewing figures for televised speedway this year...

Not one BV v Ipswich/Sheffield...?

Nor Ipswich v Sheffield...?

Showing them ride against each other later in the season when all three will already be a shoe in for the play offs takes away from the meeting...

It would also showcase top level GP riders, plus Emil and Chris Holder, early in the season...

The Aces a week after the BF also isn't ideal as it  could also impact the attendance for the Leicester meeting for them...

What do you want for £30.99 a month! 😜

Thank you!

Feel a bit underwhelmed, there seems to be such big gaps. Maybe my memories wrong - I thought Eurosport went live every Monday? Or was that perhaps just towards the end of the season? Really glad I signed up for the full BSN pass.

Eurosport used to have breaks in coverage, especially for events like the French Open Tennis and Olympics.

I can't see it being much good for the sport with it being behind a paywall.

I must have not watched speedway for around 13 years then one evening I was browsing the sports channels and saw that there was a meeting on Eurosport, which started drawing my attention back to the sport. That coupled with Woffinden, who I was a fan of as a child, rejoining Sheffield in 2023 brought me back to the sport. I must have watched virtually every English meeting and all but 1 or 2 GPs last year on Eurosport.

However, as I must already spend close to £500 a year on sports channels already I can't justify spending another £30.99 for another channel. That coupled with me not being able to get to Sheffield, which is a me problem rather than for the sport itself, I can see how it can be so easy to drift away from the sport.
