Devils Trio Complete Sponsored Bike Ride To Raise Funds For The Plymouth Air Fence Fund

Recommended Posts

Devonian trio Richard Andrews, Saul Bulley and Henry Atkins --whose idea it was to do this fund raising bike ride --- completed the cycle from Exeter to Plymouth ahead of schedule and were welcomed back into the St Boniface Arena by cheering fans.

They have been getting sponsorship in from all over the place plus there is a Go Fund Me which had an original target of £ 500 which when surpassed was upped to 1000 ...which was reached as the lads were cycling ....this can still be donated to https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/plymouth-devils?utm_id=108&utm_term=6EQyxBg3r

Devils co-promoters Mark Phillips and Laurence Rogers are amazed at what their riders have achieved, " We don't know what the total will be from all the sponsorship and go fund me contributions but it is superb what these lads have done. There aren't many riders who would do what they have done for their club . It shows that, even before we have ridden as a team, we have superb team spirit ."
