foamfence
It looks in a better state than some places that ARE running, it'd be a great boost to Speedway in this country if it re-opened.
Steve Shovlar
Need to get a few positive comments going on the bottom of that paper article. Edited December 9, 2017 by Steve Shovlar
bruno
Bit different but when I moved into my current house opposite a school I thought about it carefully, I knew for 15 minutes in a morning and afternoon it would be chaos outside my house. On the plus side at other times there's no one about especially evenings and weekends. For that half hour it's a bit of a pain but it was my choice
Halifaxtiger
Problem is the fact that he moved in in the knowledge that the stadium was there cuts no ice with the law, as Mildenhall found out. Bloody stupid but that's how it is.

MattK
The stadium supporting 62 jobs and bringing £3.1m to the local economy seems wildly optimistic. Does anyone have a link to the actual report? It does appear to be good news though and reading between the lines the council seem to be lining themselves up to take over the stadium.

I called in last month and it made for depressing viewing. I wish all those involved with saving the venue good luck but as time goes on it's becoming more and more difficult. I've always felt that the owners of these abandoned buildings and sites should be made by the local authorities to keep them in a decent condition instead of allowing them to crumble into a state of disrepair and end up where demolition is the only option
