BILKO Posted January 15, 2017 Report Share Posted January 15, 2017 Looking at company records, Leicester Speedway 2017 has been owned by Keith Chapman for the last 11 months, where as Leicester Speedway has been owned and still is according to company records owned by David Hemsley & Nick Hurst. Whatever is happening I hope all goes well, and that it's for the good of speedway. Not sure where you're looking, but Companies House has Yulia Hemsley as the sole director of Leicester Speedway Ltd. David Hemsley and Nick Hurst (company secretary) resigned on 13 September 2016. Beaumont Sports Complex Ltd own the lease to the ground that contains the speedway stadium so therefore, it's Mr H as opposed to Mrs H. He is the sole director of BSC Ltd whilst she is is the sole director of Leicester Speedway Ltd, the company that have until now operated the speedway club from the stadium for the past 7 years. LS Ltd have not been offically dissolved as yet and as such create a bit of an anomaly that Companies House presently have TWO different companies operating as 'Leicester Speedway'.
