LisaColette
Has he ridden in Britain for ten years then? And 'robbed the British public of seeing him in action..'? Oh please!! Can't say I'm bothered tbh!
stevebrum
No surprise the Tai hater puts this up on as many threads as possible. Come on Monster Daz/gater1, try not to be so predictable.
SteveLyric2
This thread has had the effect of restoring my faith in the Speedway community!! Well done BSPA.
Boffy
A very strange and naive request from Tai.... Surely his management team would have realized this wasn`t a good idea and would add to the increasing bitterness towards him ? He doesn`t help himself at times On a different note I find the abuse about his appearance quite distasteful... YES he has lots of tattoos - Lots of young lads and lasses have them - It`s the trend YES he has ear spacers - Lots of young lads and lasses have them - it`s the trend Equality and diversity in this day and age should be embraced... Maybe i`m expecting too much.....
Noodles
Best thing I have read on here for a while. However, it would have been better to have granted the testimonial so we could all boycott it to show how much British fans actually feel about our so called two times world champion, who doesn't give a toss about riding in or supporting this country. Are you riding in the British Final Tai? Are you riding for TeamGB in the SWC? No? Well why should we support some little tatooed sh*t who shows no respect to the country of his berth? Woffinden has to be the most unpopular British World Champion in the history of the sport. So called two times world champion? I'm pretty sure that's fact.

Tsunami
I thought this was a joke when I read it ...it must be wind up for sure ? surely Tai must be looking in laughing ? NO. I think it is US that's laughing at him.
moxey63
But would Tai be bothered and actually ride in it? Would they have to hold it outside the UK for him?

stevebrum
Go to sleep steve. You post in here 24 hours a day. 2.00 AM's in the morning and that. Jeez. I have insomnia but thanks for the advice Daz. Keep on hating Tai tho, your usual default setting.

KIRKYLANE
There is nothing stopping Wolves giving Tai a farewell meeting ..... but he is not entitled to a Testimonial meeting
stevebrum
Do you now. You and Orion must both be suffering then... it's not pleasant but I've suffered with it for 16 years. still, it's good some think it's funny to mock. Will do. Tai turned his back on GB read everyone's comments. Quoting everyone, or just the ones that suit you more like. FWIW I only believe riders committed to our leagues should get a testimonial. However the rest of the rubbish about him being plastic Oz etc is plain nonsense. We all know who will get the biggest cheer at Cardiff AGAIN so enough said. Guest
There is nothing stopping Wolves giving Tai a farewell meeting ..... but he is not entitled to a Testimonial meeting That's the obvious answer. Well said KIRKYLANE.
stevebrum
I'm a huge Woffinden fan but I fully agree with the BSPA stance to not allow a Testimonial Right decision just to add. I fully agree. Woffinden has to be the most unpopular British World Champion in the history of the sport. Yet will get the biggest cheer yet again at Cardiff.
robert72
Yet will get the biggest cheer yet again at Cardiff. I don't think he will now, he is very unpopular with British fans as you can read.
stevebrum
I don't think he will now, he is very unpopular with British fans as you can read. I remember everyone saying the same thing this year. However, that said dropping GB world cup commitment could see a few switch off their allegiance.

I think way more than a few but there was a lot of Boo's this year at Cardiff plus the play off finals was clear he is unpopular. I wouldn't be surprised if he rode for his beloved Austrailia now.
