solrac
Luke Harris confirmed as final rider.
Islander15
Very good team. Title contenders imo.
TurnTwo
I don't think the bottom 4 are as strong as Eastbourne's in fairness
Heathen1984
But the top 3 are, so evens it up id say. Only big difference I can see with the eastie bottom four is that you av Brennan who will be very good next season
teaboy279
Luke Harris has the ability to go a fair way in this sport, he just needs to build some confidence imo. If this year he makes the jump forward he has the potential for then he could be a game changer. Another one of a growing generation of polite young men racing who you want to see succeed where ever they are riding.
Islander15
I agree with Heathen1984. Cradley have the better top 3, and they have average improvement potential too, but Eastbourne have Brennan at the bottom end. Having said that Cradley will always have a useful reserve pairing, just without a potential match winner in a Brennan or Dugard.
szkocjasid
I think Cradley have a very good team this year, should be up near the top of the league.
Ommer Mon
Just wondering how the shared Bank Holiday Monday's are going to work. Dog Heads start at 5pm with us at 7.30 I think. Will those attending the Dog Heads match be charged double header rates or will our match be a freebie for them? Carparking will be interesting at about 6.30. bruno
Could Cradley and Wolves fans mixing be a problem? I think the problems we had the first few seasons with a few nutters has stopped but you only need one prat whose had a few drinks
martin_t
Carparking will be interesting at about 6.30. No problem for me,I don't usually leave home until 7.
MattJ81
I'm looking forward to the Bank Holiday double headers, I believe usual entry to the EL meeting gets you both (I can't see how it can be any other way!) and it has been a while since I've been at Monmore to support whoever is against Wolves. If they could get the EL and NL Kings Lynn/Belle Vue/Cov teams there together it may bring in more away fans too. The gates will re-open at 6.30 for any fans who only want to see the NL meeting and any Cradley Season Ticket Holders (what would be the case if they wanted to see both meetings?)Anyway I think it's a good idea

As senior club Wolves should be the ones on at 7.30 so think it's a disgrace. Common sense tho would seem to have prevailed with Cradley being able to pay a single fee with entry after the wolves match. I can see a huge rush of Wolves fans exiting the gate than stay and watch the lodgers straight after heat 15. What's the odds on Cradley fans coming to both matches for one price tho? High I'd say.
gee jay
isn't the choice of the earlier time going to be down to having the better track surface for the senior team ?
Heathen1984
Id say no chance will cradley wanna watch wolves, got a lot better things to do than that on bank holidays

The track will be prepared dreadfully slick so it's a match wolves might lose. Can't see Doc preparing a grippy track with a NL match after. That's what I find odd in the arrangement. I don't think there are large numbers of either team's fans who will want to watch the other so if whoever goes first is charged double header rates I would have thought there would be objections (unless you can get refunds on the way out which I would have thought unlikely). With an hour between the end of one and the start of the other I'm not sure you could call it a double header anyway. I would have thought Cradley in the morning and Wolves at 7.30 would have been the best solution but I'm not sure if there would be any dog meetings (that's real dogs not dog heads)during the day. Very interested how it will work. PS Two programmes or one?

Stalks reopen for Cradley fans at 6.30 at usual price.
Ommer Mon
Thanks for that Stevebrum. All explained. A chance to support the away team at a knockdown price - worth considering I guess.
Ommer Mon
Fixtures out this morning. 3 certain fixtures at Perry Barr and two reserved dates. With 'double headers' at Wolves too it is obvious how difficult it has been for the promoters to get us some racing this year. It must have been a close call. Hope the Heathens fans will support their efforts in large numbers. Well done to Nigel Chris and Gary.
