dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Last seasons No 7 can stay at No 7 next season. thats where the confusion lay in the original statement. Where it said you must include a 3 pointer it was meant as one of the 2016 batch and hence the reference that those in that group could use an average under 3 if they had not acheived that level.  Then any newcomers a 2.  Cant see how anybody got in a muddle really! 😨😨
balderdash&piffle
http://www.speedwaygb.co/files/downloads/pl16_issue_final_3.pdf  Check the 3 pointers in this list, if there is no such thing as a 3 pointer

balderdash&piffle
Last seasons No 7 can stay at No 7 next season. So in that case if Berwick put Carr in the No7 position on 4.81, No 6 has to be lower than him, anyone else has to have a higher ave Speedway wouldn't be speedway without allot of confusion surrounding rules etc  Check them for what exactly? The statement on here was there was no such thing as a 3 pointer, so who are the 3 pointers in the above link
madsteve
Ty Proctor 6.68 I was under the impression he would come in on an assessed 5.00 as he has not ridden in the U.K. For the last 2 seasons So in that case if Berwick put Carr in the No7 position on 4.81, No 6 has to be lower than him, anyone else has to have a higher ave  The statement on here was there was no such thing as a 3 pointer, so who are the 3 pointers in the above link Probably applies to riders under a 4.00 average otherwise it will be hard to keep hold of

You think, all Championship clubs must include one British rider on a 3pt average, or a rider who hasn't achieved a PL 3pt average, in this case they will come in on a 2pt average.
