Workington 2017

Recommended Posts

seems to be that they are making it up as they go along.

IMO it should all set out in black and white before the season started.

Supplementary regs a month in etc is poor.

It was only changed that the team build total would stay at 40 in Championship all season a few days ago.

Whats new ,it's no surprise.

Bickley is coming to Glasgow next season considering him and his father both told me.

Workington redeclared 1-7 which will be officially announced in the next few days

1. Cook

2. Compton

3. Proctor

4. Sarjeant

5. Jorgensen

6. Williamson

7. Shuttleworth

Think then when Sarjeants average drops and he drops to reserve you might see a few more changes! Exciting times

Young Bicley has already confirmed that he will be riding with Workington next season.

Looks like they were feeding you a line.

I think it's more likely Kermit is just a wind up merchant.

He is one off two wind up or full of wind.

Really surprised we have wind up merchants on here who would have thought eh.

Wonder what would happen if Belle Vue got relegated and Bickely has then pledged his future with Belle Vue and Workington lol

You not checked the league table then

Quick question if my aunty had baws what would that make her.

Roynon gone.

Really sad about this. Adam is the unluckiest rider in the league with injuries but has a great heart for speedway. Had every respect for him at Sheffield. Hope he is not lost to the sport altogether.

Didn't the article on the SGB site say he had approached the promoter saying he was considering retiring.

certainly how it reads here.

I would actually be happy to see Roynon retire, he has suffered some very nasty injuries over his career and I would hate to see him possibly suffer more.

id love to see adam ride at his best again as he was so good to watch

but i agree for the lad to walk away without more injuries would be great

i can remember a piece in i think it was the sun newspaper listing all his injuries and it was sickening but hes had a few bad ones since then aswell

hope adam can find something to keep him happy and provide a good income for his family

That's pretty much the same piece I read on the SGB site

If it's true TBH I'd say it's the correct thing to do for Adam
