Ben91
Pleased enough with that. He's signed on with Redcar too and I'd assume he'll get a NL place so he'll have lots of time on the bike. No pressure on him to do well, if he can beat his opposite number in heat two at home most weeks and pick up a few points here and there in other heats and away meetings then he'll have done his job. Who owns Perks out of interest?

poolebolton
Thanks for taking our riders and making them better for us. Hopefully Perks improves.
IronScorpion
This owning a rider or being an asset is a mockery in our sport. Teams sign riders, hoping for them to improve, but, as in the EDR system this last 2 years, choosing an asset made some teams reserves a joke scoring well & becoming heat leaders. It was the rules that failed them as riders should only move up or down a step depending how well they did. If a rider has not ridden for his "parent" club for 3 or 4 years then he/she should be sold/freed from the parent club.
Gavan
Thanks for taking our riders and making them better for us. Hopefully Perks improves. No riders improve unless they ride at Poole under Middlo
Dandelion
I must have missed something, no Branford? No not missed anything just Dandelion was putting up an alternative team to the one already announced if they didn't have Branford. Just people were ranting about Branford not being the right choice, I think he's a very good choice, kinda wished he was at Newcastle tbh
SCB
Not sure Branford is the Rye House weak link. I'd have used the point replacing Robbo, not Branford.
mdmc82
Looks like there are going to be some weak riders at number 7 next season. Perks will have a go and might have the odd good ride so will be interesting to see how he gets on. He has potential. Looking at the number 7s announced so far, i can see why Bates was in demand. Take Robbo out of the team and you'd have 7.76 left, not sure there'd really be a lot of riders not already signed better than Robbo? Maybe Ludvig but I might just be bias there Or Brady Kurtz if no one else wants him, but that seems unlikely

DC2
But Batchelor should be a 9 point rider in this league while Robby will be lucky to retain 7.
Shadders
But Batchelor should be a 9 point rider in this league while Robby will be lucky to retain 7. "Should be" is a risk worth taking? Edited December 5, 2016 by Shads
royal
Whilst slightly worried about Watt, I wouldnt swap any of them. A good team of entertaining, mainly British riders, who will put on a good show at home, and should compete well away. Considering the teams we have been given the last few years, its like Christmas day to us fans. Cant wait for the new season.
DC2
Look at his 2015 GPs. Up & down but generally fast. Robbo would be another 30 metres behind Chris Harris!!!!
LisaColette
"Should be" is a risk worth taking?I think i would take the risk but only in a strength in depth team. If you had him in the Swindon team as the back up to Doyle he would struggle as he needs to have no pressure on him.
phillipsr
"Should be" is a risk worth taking? TBF whenever he has ridden at Rye House he has been very good would of defo made us stronger but I'm still glad Robbo is back
Dandelion
Batchelor 7.36 I thought about him but then I thought...below... Not that I'm a Rye House fan anyway, but if I was I'd rather have a rider that looks interested at all times not just when things are going his way.
