Glasgow 2017

Recommended Posts

Brilliant night at Ibrox last night , what a personality Richie Worrall is , cracking sense of humour . Simon Stead played his part too in making it an entertaining evening . Welcome Jack Smith to the fold , looking forward to watching his progress next season as he dips his toes into Championship waters . Signed as a full asset too .

Great night again last night with guests Simon Stead & Richie Worrall, to see a packed out hall on a bitterly cold evening in Glasgow was tremendous, highlight for me was the announcement of 17 year old Jack Smith, son of 3 times British champion Andy,

He will join Glasgow as an asset and will come in on a very handy 2 point average.

Might find it tough going initially but as the season goes on I fully expect him to play a very important part in the quest for trophies in 2017,

Welcome to Glasgow Jack.

Summers, Worrall, Lawson and Smith so far, ouch lol

Not so sure about Bewley at Glasgow, with Steve Lawson as his mentor & his falling out with Richard...

cant see steve lawson holding back a rider because he may not be on best terms (so the rumour goes ) with his son

steve lawson is a good guy and a bigger man than to let something like that stand in the way of a up and coming rider

i can see big cook and little cook at workington in 2017 and with his mentor by his side once a week and maybe more . the wee man will grow and grow and then in 2018 can finally hold all clubs to ransom for his signature .

you cant buy experience , it comes as it comes .. + less travelling for both of them to home meetings .

thats something to think about . announcement on Thursday , stay tuned .

You will be more than happy with Jack Smith. He will probably crash a few times, but he is a real racer and a really genuine bloke. I wish him every success.

Just about spot on. Saw him ride for Scunny a couple of times last season and he was anything but disgraced. On a 2.00, he's a steal.
