Fromafar
Different channels: individual subscriptions to folk's houses uses postal/mail system, whereas newsagents get theirs through warehouse/trade distribution. Correct about the discounted price, but in my experience its usually Thursday (about 80% of the time), sometimes a Friday (about 19% of the time), very very rarely a Saturday (once every 5 years or about 0.4% of the time) and practically never on a Monday (once every 10 years or about 0.2% of the time). And I live back of beyond. So the "Peterborough" riders are all born in Peterborough? Agree with your statistics regarding SS.
GS550
Get real nobody suggested they were did they. You said: 'Glasgow are a Scottish based team without a Scottish born rider' To which I asked: 'So the "Peterborough" riders are all born in Peterborough?' Maybe it aint me that needs to "get real"

Pogo1
Another working party meeting at the track this Sunday at 10am, then next Thursday the new foam fence arrives from down south. Volunteers required for both days if anyone has some spare time.

spin king
i think glasgow are about to nick the plrc off sheff forever .. better pay a visit before we need a passport to cross the border ! I think a lot will depend on how much money the meeting makes, if they find that they have a bigger crowd and make more money at Glasgow then they will more than likely keep it there. Gunner85
i think glasgow are about to nick the plrc off sheff forever .. better pay a visit before we need a passport to cross the border ! After last year where it took 2 hrs 45 min for 23 races , I am glad Sheffield have lost the PLRC. They dragged it out yet again.

They are increasing the capacity at Ashfield on the back straight & 3rd & 4th bends they are hoping to have the back straight seating installed for the Ben Fund on Sunday. If they get the same size crowd it will make more money as Glasgow own the stadium and wont charge rent.
