Glasgow 2017

So, Rene isn't back next season. I'd have had him down as a certain returnee up until the reduction in team building points was announced.

I would assume the rest of the team is pretty much decided now then.

I would think so . Aaron , Richie , Son of God , Nike , Jack Smith , hopefully Bewley and whoever else fits

the 3 ht leaders av come to just short of 25 pts one of them has to go,who would u lose the most expensive or least popular ??

Don't think any of them are unpopular

And if Andy Smith's son comes in on a 2 , then him Bewley and Lunna would be less than 11 , giving us room for Garcia maybe

You would be left with about 3.82.After the Edinburgh meeting is added the 3 heat leaders is about 25.3

I was only going by the averages someone had posted on another thread . Pumping the Monarchs last month could turn out to be a bit of a pain in the ass for our team building plans

There seems to be some confusion on the new number 7. The last I read said, if it's a new rider e.g. smith then he'll come in on a 2 point average.

the 2 pointers are riders that rode pl this year and not put anything on there average new riders will come in on a 3

As Solidmango says there is confusion over the no.7 spot. I can't see how a NL rider that's benefitted from riding all year in the PL because he was presumably better than other riders who only rode NL can then benefit from a lower average than those who have never ridden in the PL. So I can't help but think other posters are right when they say if a NL rider hasn't got a PL average then he comes in on a 2

Agreed and as unusual as some of the rules are, surely this one hasn't been created for just the 8 riders that didn't attain a 3 this year?

In addition, if you 'have' to have a 3 at number 7 that means the 2 pointer would be at number 6, who in their right mind would set up with that sort of partnership at reserve?
