cityrebel
With the weather forecast looking a bit dodgy tomorrow, I wondered if there is a back up plan if this meeting is off. The first leg of the final is due to be staged on Wednesday!.
Alex2000
Simply swap the competition? Make Wednesday the league an KO cup another day.
cityrebel
I think brum have earned the right to stage the 2nd leg of the play off final at home.

It's not about if they have earnt the right to stage the second leg it's about getting the fixtures done before the cut off.
gazzac
Not ideal because it will be a smaller crowd, but if it is called off Saturday think the only alternative is Monday night which at the moment has a fairly good forecast. Can't see Birmingham altering Wednesday to the KO Cup as they've done their part getting matches completed. Considering we're in one of the driest part of the country, can't believe we always seem to take it to the wire . Start the season with the early KO Cup rounds instead of pointless challenges and get to the final by the end of August. This would free up dates for the league playoff semi's in late September, finals early October. Won't happen though to sensible and obvious! cityrebel
No eagles home fixtures in August was bizarre to say the least.

See your point Alex, but if it was the other way round don't think we'd like to give up the second leg at home easily. Ironically think Birmingham would stand a better chance to win it having the home leg first. Edited October 14, 2016 by gazzac

Seceretly want this to be off as it's unlikely I'll be there tomorrow Edited October 14, 2016 by Al3x200
