screm
http://www.ipswichwitches.co/story/2017-fixtures-released Get planning your season people Can you do that though with any confidence, for example I`m planning on doing the SWC round at Kings Lynn and would probably stay over for the Peterborough Ipswich meeting the following day. Just a guess but there`s every chance that meeting will be minus Danny King and/or Jack Holder, so could that meeting be moved or become a guest fest. Baldyman
I get the feeling we have seen the last of individual meetings at Foxhall for a while at least. Hope the witches riders get plenty of practice laps before the off, as I dare say the Sheffield riders will be in the Stead farewell. mickthemuppet
Health and safety insurance Libtard bollaxe strikes again The reason they do no open the gates for a practice day in because it would count as a meeting. I think they are only allowed 28 meetings per season This is because the council only allow 55 meetings there a year
Baldyman
Interesting Danny mentions Workington and Redcar as 2 of the strong looking teams. All teams look capable of winning meetings but those 2 I see nearer the bottom.

TB1
i like that idea in principle too - particularly as it could assist continuity and a team identity. The one question mark would be teams finding and/or affording sufficient higher quality riders to boost up the lower average teams. This would be a year on year issue too as if teams are building to say 47 points then overall the totals will fall regardless of which riders come in - you could have the top 70 riders in the world filling the 10 teams but there are only 90 points to claim from each meeting. Yes, I guess you could end up with the have's and have nots in terms of finance to build even stronger teams. But yes there is only 90 points available. Arch Stanton
how can you doubt Danny king , he knows the game inside out , UNLIKE SOME ! just became a Danny king fan L.O.L. When is Chris Louis going to find out the Ipswich team is over the limit jenga because he'd got the 2 pointers rule wrong? Nearly in February so it's dragging on a bit!!
