The team must be okay, cos it has the bald ones approval, not many teams get that.

Think it will have most fans approval Baldy.

When you get "I don't know what the fuss is about it's not all that" comments then you know you're in decent shape.

It's the condescending "it's not that bad a side and could do okay" comments when you should start worrying! ;)

;)

Berwick must have some fans worried (including Ippo) as we got a fair few comments like that when we announced our full 1-7

Heeps actually went backwards during his one season away from Foxhall so he might be glad to get back there. Again the above seems a glass half empty look at things than a glass half full. You could also say exactly the same about the other two fancied sides so far, Sheffield and Glasgow.

Is there any average improvement in Worrall Summers and Lawson? Not for me there isn't. And Only Bjerre looks to have an average increase at Sheffield but you could also throw the same accusations at him that he's heading in the wrong direction average wise. Howarth you could lump in the same bracket as Newman, and in Bates you have a rider that stagnated this year and has already publicly stated that he didnt want to return there next season!

The glass half full version you could argue in Sheffields case at least, that Bjerre's average is due to an injury hit season so plenty of improvement in him, Bates still has youth on his side and will have a point to prove etc etc.

Two ways of looking at every side.

I agree that there's little average improvement in Glasgow's top 3, which is why they'll need a rider to step it up at the bottom end to make them a serious contender.

The Sheffield team looks the best so far as Bjerre has been an 8pt rider for a while now and just had a poor season at a club he was clearly unhappy at. Bates did better than 'stagnate'. It was his first season in the main body of a PL team and he averaged virtually the same without the virtue of heat 2 and he definitely ride better in the EL than in previous campaigns. He's still on an upward trend anyway. Admittedly there may not be a lot of improvement in Howarth or Graj. In JPB they have one of the best 2pters (Ipswich may also in Hume) but JPB is likely only have to take 3 rides and not have to fill in for the rest of the team with injuries etc whereas Hume would do.

Kurtz??? 7.65 average not bad. Should improve as well.....

Newman at 6.31 would rather have him than Sarge/ Jacobs.

Very true need him to find his Poole form

Sarge if he has missed out can count himself a little unlucky thought he did well for us last season .

Jacobs never looked happy on the Foxhall track

I imagine you sign one of Holder, Kurtz and Newman.

Would like Holder really but all arrows on here are pointing to Newman.

Canary Wharf, anybody would think he's a bloody Norwich fan as well.

If the rumoured team is accurate it comes in at 39.61, at 0.39 under the limit.

That would have left enough for a gating tart like Klindt instead of Heeps. Lol

😁

Just keeping the the thread alive while we wait for confirmation.

T minus 5hrs. Ish

Well think we can rule out Jacobs and Sedgeman if their tweets are anything to go by. Unless double bluff of course but both bemoaning having to sit season out so far, as no-one called them as yet!!!!

I don't do Facebook but apparently there's a questions and answer bit after the team reveal with CL.

Can someone who is on the thing, ask Louis about the track changes that is supposedly taking place?

even if you dont do facebook i think you can follow the proceedings via the link on the club website.

I too dont do facebook but from time to time will look at the comments via the site link.

Its probably something Baldy wants to know too so he may well oblige as he follows the page.
