speedibee
Good grief is this argument still going on. On the basis of the plentiful evidence presented in this thread the conclusion seems quite clear - that there is little between them. If one is better than the other any difference is marginal. Personally I'd be happy to see either of them in a team I supported, although at 22 vs 26 I think Howarth has more potential for improvement. Josh Auty is a bit injury prone as well
beckettlion
Are there any legs to the MJJ suggestions, or is that people putting 2 and 2 together and getting a Danish ex GP rider? what average would he come in on? I think he'd be a great signing and a real statement of intent towards taking the team forwards on track. Adding him to what we've already got- (IF everyone commits for the whole season, not just until the Polish league starts), then we'd have the start of a very exciting team
Sidney the robin
Kylmakorpi, Nilsson,Gomolski would be a decent top three no big hitter but pretty solid.Nilsson last year impressed me at the Abbey could be a big year for him. What about Berge he looks a very promising rider this year onwards and upwards for the Lions.
Shale Searcher
"OR" Is it someone else? Wonder if a big Polish Rider might encourage a few of the Leicester "Polish" massive out to the track? Someone like the great "TOMASZ GOLLOB" Not doing GP's or SEC this year, is he......? What average would he come in on? A Poole/Wolves type average, or rest of Premiership average? What leagues is Tomasz riding in this year? arnieg
What leagues is Tomasz riding in this year? His last foreign league team was Hammarby in 2012, so I don't think he's interested in riding abroad anymore.

heathen chemistry
Funniest thing i've read on here for eons!! well bates himself said he wants to use it for more than just speedway,,, so if stock cars go there youll have egg on ya face
Big Al
well bates himself said he wants to use it for more than just speedway,,, so if stock cars go there youll have egg on ya face There could be one or two practical problems with that! Also, Mr Bates hasn't done the deal with Coventry, he isn't the landlord or the owner. That's Mr Hemsley.

More chance of LCFC winning this year's PL, and Lions winning PL, and the World announcing that Alien life already lives amongst us!!!!!!

Think you could take some of the postings on the BSF as quite persuasive evidence that that has already come to pass

Sidney the robin
Back wheel chasing. He broke his hand twice once in the Tungate incident but generally apart from that just the odd knock.
foreverblue
I think Auty is a good rider but has a reputation to get injured more than most due to his slowness off the line, whether this has much truth in it i don't know but he seems to be a rider that has a lot of ability but doesn't seem to show it often enough.
