stevethelion
Strange signing for me, a Pole riding for track that runs its home meetings on a Saturday spells disaster waiting to happen to me. Have to agree, I think it's a gamble considering the demands Polish clubs place on their riders, like wanting them back on the Saturday for practice. Would have rather had Sedgeman on a slightly smaller average.

Poland have said they are planning to race some meetings on Friday & Saturdays as well so it will depend on if there are many clashes
foreverblue
Gomolski just been announced as Leicester's 3rd rider. Cracking signing, will give his all, a real trier who never gives up. If every team had 7 Kacper's the fans would be very happy. Disappointed he isn't in the Poole team

Don't see why Saturday is a problem when most Polish matches are on a sunday.
Woz01
Think Leicester will go down the solid 1-7 route. Decent start with the team building.
SteveLyric2
Kacper is a good signing and can be a real showman and crowd pleaser. He was excellent as a 2nd string in the 2015 format, but did struggle a little as a heat leader. Good luck to him.
stevebrum
Always liked Josh Auty, think he could flourish in this new league as a second string. you rate Auty but not Howarth, surprisingly. Howarth is better in both leagues. Gomolski 7.71 when I did a load of number crunching as the rules were announced. yep, 5.51 X 1.4. Strange signing for me, a Pole riding for track that runs its home meetings on a Saturday spells disaster waiting to happen to me. Yet they used Wozniak for 2 seasons! Most Poles are a risk on any day race track given the dictatorship of their governing body. Just to add I was very impressed with him last season, particularly his efforts in Sweden. Could be a great signing for the lions.
Col
you rate Auty but not Howarth, surprisingly. Howarth is better in both leagues. Auty has been first or second in the Scunthorpe averages for several seasons, something Howarth has never been at any of his PL clubs. flagrag
I think Gomolski will be a good signing especially at home I don't think there is a need to worry about equipment as understand he plans to bring two new bikes over and Peter Johns will be looking after his engines and will have a good mechanic. It is a shame that Wozniak has not been able to be persuaded to come back with a new promotion in charge but don't say never maybe later in the year

Yes & looked what happened last season Wozniak had his permission to ride in this country removed, because they wanted him for practice on Saturdays. He was missing for about 6 weeks.

Howarth ahead in the PL. 7.18 to 7.01. Howarth was in the team that finished runners up. Howarth ahead in the EL. 5.13 to 4.90. Howarth was in the team that won the league. How many did he miss in 2015? I agree Poles are a risk.
Honey Monster
Strange signing for me, a Pole riding for track that runs its home meetings on a Saturday spells disaster waiting to happen to me.It's been ok with Wozza for the last couple of seasons. Bagpuss
Auty is a very average speedway rider who won't get any better, but can be very entertaining on the right circuit.

Howarth has never ever been better than Auty last year in the British final says it all has Howarth been a PL number 1 with a near on 9 point average.?I like Kyle but on his average this year i recon he is pretty poor. value.Auty is a very average speedway rider who won't get any better, but can be very entertaining on the right circuit. At Scunny maybe? you are on about now a pretty poor EL no difference really to the PL. Gemini
Indeed David Howe was riding for them for some of those. I wonder if anyone has contacted David as judging by his comments on Facebook he's itching to ride again. Would be nice to finish his career at his home club. I'm not sure though if it is just grasstrack or longtrack he's interested in at the moment but I bet he wouldn't take much persuading.
