dhr
Does anyone know how these new GSA's are going to be issued, is it when each team have completed 4 home and aways or is it individual riders, Say for example we replaced Adam with David Howe now, his average is currently 7ish but he has stated that when the new GSA's are issued he will be 4.8. Surely he wont have to wait until he has completed 4 home and away for this to happen, or does he? First of all I have had no contact with any clubs so far let alone wolves, so I don't think you need to worry about myself. Regarding the average, all I can go with is the information that I have been given, which is 6.72\1.4=4.80 David Edited April 20, 2017 by dhr

Beowulf
Schlien will be signing pity its not a brit imo We have 3 Brits with Howarth, Clegg and Greaves already. Looking at the averages which Brit would you suggest instead of Schlein ?

SteveLyric2
DHRs confirmation of his CMA (4.80) after the new 42 point team building limit is imposed, would seem to suggest that any 'new ' (currently unused) rider will not have their previous CMA affected by the 1.4 multiplier that started the season off under the 50 point team building limit. waiheke1
That would be logical No it wouldn't. It means that the point limit effectively increases by 15% at tgat point. For example if wolves had started with a different 7, they could then redeclare with their current 7 but with someone like KK instead of clegg. Paulco
Pitty a young Brit has had to make way If you're not doing it there's every chance you'll be replaced , nationality doesn't come into it . If Clegg doesn't give himself a shake , he might not be at Edinburgh much longer either .
waiheke1
And would also allow like for like slots where riders who had artificially low averages from riding as a hl last year could come in to replace riders who have high averages from riding in the EL yhis year. For example woffy in for howarth? Lindback for Klindt?
ouch
Some tracks seem to think that two Brits per team is the maximum not minimum.
Paulco
You get fed up with this Brit stuff . Must a club have to make do with an under performing rider just because he's British ?

stevebrum
Pitty a young Brit has had to make way I'm sure Howarth and Newman felt the same at Poole for years. It's a business game. I'd rather we had as many Brits as possible in all teams but they still need to perform or be replaced. Simple. Schlein is a logical signing. Riss struggled in his first season in the UK last season and starts reserve with the Monarchs this year. I doubt he can do any worse than we currently have been getting from our number 6. Greaves probably earned his stay with excellent effort on Tuesday and as the FTR representative. We still have a long wagging tail in reserve.
