Wolves 2017

Sounds like he wanted riders that are riding elsewhere which is the riders choice. No idea why he would want Manzares! I think this Wolves team is at least good enough to make the play offs.

I think you are being generous to what looks like a mediocre lineup. They may make top four but I wouldn't bet my house on it. Three better teams already named. And Coventry look just as good if they run.

Of course my opinion is based on the lineups at the start, and not at the end of July with Woffinden coming in in place of Masters.

Its a line up certain to hit the top 4. Strong heat leader trio (stronger then Pooles) solid second strings with a slight weakness at reserve.

Those sour grapes must still be hurting.

Be nice if Tai came in but i can see it being for Clegg with Skornicki dropping to reserve.

Rumour has it that Vaculik or Dudek are lined up for Poole to replace Kurtz further into the season....depends on who Poole can feign an injury and doctors note for

Think most are likely to have Wolves in their top 4 starting line up, and it's easy to see why.

So you keep on saying. We all know you like to put down most seasons wolves team.

You said the same thing this season.

In a weaker league than last year and Wolves retaining 5 of the title winning team how can you or anyone knock or slate this Wolves team.I said previously that this year could and should be alot closer .I believe that our team has a very good chance but i can't see anyone running away with it.

Steve is from the Arsene Wenger school. When you win emphasise how good you are but when you lose try to deflect by attacking others.

Im quite happy with our side, but i don't think we will run away with it.

Nowt wrong with Arsene. Best manager in the league.

No team stands head and shoulders but threet teams do stand out from the others. Kings Lynn, Rye House and Poole. Coventry and Wolves look similar. I can't judge BV or Leicester yet.

I believe you have a solid top three, weak second strings and weaker reserves. The team started to shape up well and then fell apart. In inclusion of Skornicki could have been viewed as some type of masterstroke, but I believe its a wrong and silly decision. I like Adam and he has been a good servant to the EL but time moves on and with a season out will struggle. Just my opinion of course.

The reserves are weak. Clegg will be OK at home but both will struggle away from Monmore.

So that's my opinion. Not trying to be confrontational to Wolves fans but I look at other teams and see better lineups.

Many said much the same about PK,not just last season either and performed very well and held his own.Adams situation is different, he has been away for a while but should be able to perform well enough to be a decent 2nd string

Just waiting for Shovlar to give his opinion on the Wolves team.

He normally says the same thing about 4 times a day.

Wonder if he rates us or not.

Steve

The only reason they have a dig at our team is deep down there frightened of us......we are the big bad WOLF.LOL

If Wenger is the best in the league why isnt he top?

When was the last time he won the league?

Wolves have a weakness at reserve but Howarth and Skornicki should be ok in this weaker league

Who should they have signed?

Lindgen, yes. Best value #1 in the league on that average.

Not Howarth. Who should have been the best reserve in the league last year. But wasn't.

Not Skornicki. Who hasn't sat o a bike for 2 years.

Masters or Throsell, yes, but not both.

Clegg, yes. as a #7 not a #6.

Greaves, no. But I hope he proves me wrong.

He mentioned Manzares a few times, why I will never know

Because Wolves 3rd signing after Lindgren & Clegg should have been Klindt. Manzares meant Klindt started the season at reserve, since Manzares was 0.01 higher averaged. Wolves should have given Manzares as long as it took for the first averages to come out to prove himself. If he hadn't before Klindt moved into the main body and before Manzares got a new average they could have re-declared.

There may come a time, hopefully before the sun burns out, when you accept that riders have thrown off their shackles sufficiently to decide for themselves where they seek employment.

Yes, Klindt would have been a good signing; yes, he's an asset; yes, when you look at the initial team building it appeared that he was a piece in the puzzle which would have fitted neatly. The hiatus before announcing the remainder of the line-up would suggest that there was something of an enforced re-think.

But all this 'Wolves should have' is just howling at the moon if the rider would prefer to be somewhere else.
