Col
amazing that wolves signed masters though isn't it... Not really, Wolves had already screwed up. Disagree. Think it was the obvious and logical signing. Unfortunately predictable after the first four signings, must be depressing for you Monmore Speedway fans really. You could have denied Poole yet another league title, but you chose cheap, I hope Kings Lynn don't.

You could have denied Poole yet another league title, but you chose cheap, I hope Kings Lynn don't. We gave Klindt too much respect more like. Maybe best wait and see all the line ups before making such bold statements. Still, it's clear you aren't too clued up on the EL, you thought Kings Lynn had made signings they haven't yet. I rarely get depressed at Wolves, not unless I stumble into Monmore on a Cradley night.

g13webb
I think it would be wrong to expect Doyle to come back , the alll conquering rider he was before his injury. Swindon will need to cut him some slack to work his way back in. We at Lynn have had enough experiences with riders coming back for injury to know it takes time, and then sometimes thats not enough. My hope is that Doyle fully recovers from that nasty accident, to the breath of fresh air he had become..... giving those riders at the top of the SGP the fright of their lives....

Doyley has had many injuries over the years and he keeps coming back stronger - in the last SGP of 2015 in Australia he broke his neck and came back last year and I believe would have been world champion if Bomber hadn't let go of his bike in the race where he got his latest injuries. He will come back stronger and more determined and 2017 will be his year. Edited December 15, 2016 by Steve0
SCB
I think it would be wrong to expect Doyle to come back , the alll conquering rider he was before his injury. Why? He did it last season after breaking his neck. The guy has had more injuries that pretty much the rest of the GP series combined but still managed to beat them all last season. He'll be just fine. At worst he might have a toughcer time against 2 or 3 of the top guys in the EL but most of them are not that great or going to worry him too much anyway! foreverblue
The Wolves team is better than the Swindon team, hands down. It is still rubbish compared to what Wolves should have signed. who would you rather have in the team then apart from Klindt who you cannot have as he wanted to ride elsewhere. Fourentee
I take it you didn't get your apology either. Indeed not, but I'm not exactly losing sleep on that one. To think of it, accused of being a second account for Poole fan foreverblue! I don't know which of the two of us felt more insulted...

Joe Beevers
Nope. Swindon's top 3 is stronger than Wolves: 21.59 compared to 21.45 on true averages; & Bellego is stronger than Howarth & Grondal & Wajknecht stronger than Clegg & a 2 pointer! So, can old chubby Skornicki make up the difference against a young, fit & hungry Wilson-Dean???? Hmm, I am not sure if your are chainpulling or being serious but even Glasgows top 3 probably look stronger than Swindons let alone Wolves's. Fortunately we have averages which are a good (but not perfect) guide to rider strength. The Glasgow heat leaders GSA totals 25.28. Of the six teams in the EL who have announced their teams only six have a higher GSA. what they could provide is a better balanced team (Ritchie Worrall has a higher average than some EL heat leaders)

waiheke1
It was slight tongue in cheek but they aren't that far away. They are miles away! Doyle will average at least 4 more than worrall in the EL. Morris at least 1 more than lawson. Ellis would outscore summers in the EL imo. I'd say collectively 6 points at least difference, which is probably 7-8 points a meeting when u factor in heat 15 as well.
