Jester
Are you watching Buster? More excitement in half a lap than the entire meeting at King's Lynn!
Daniel Smith
Are you watching Buster? More excitement in half a lap than the entire meeting at King's Lynn! Plenty of dirt on it too so these bikes can handle it. Bring back the deep stuff Buster
Steve Shovlar
Very entertaining so far.
waiheke1
Cracking meeting, well worth staying up til 2am to watch, though may have to watch the final heats before work. Not just great racing, but the four teams evenly matched so far.Would love to see the Russians take this, but have a feeling the swedes will sneak it by a couple of points from the Danes. And belated congrats to team GB for a superb display in the meeting at KL. Still think Roscoe got it wrong in not naming lambert at reserve - and his explanation as to why shows a tactical naivete that is frankly worrying -:but he has obviously engineered a superb team spirit so credit for that. Tai may not have been missed at KL but will for sure in the final - it'd the difference between potentially challenging Poland for the title and scrapping with the others for medals. Ghostwalker
Lindbäck should be 1st.

marko
This is proper speedway, how it should be, British promoters take note!
BritPete
Proper speedway, and we could do with more like this.

PHILIPRISING
PROPER track ... proper speedway. It's not rocket science.
Daniel Smith
Nope PROPER track ... proper speedway. It's not rocket science. It's grippy, what a difference it makes as it's giving racing lines all over
Ghostwalker
PROPER track ... proper speedway. It's not rocket science. Well FIM/BSI, give Västervik an offer they can't refuse about hosting next year's SWC race off and final.
A ORLOV
PROPER track ... proper speedway. It's not rocket science. Agreed but the people who run the World Cup could have insisted that any club in the UK that wants a round has to produce a decent track. If there were other options it should not have been allocated to KL.
waiheke1
Heat 15 - what a race! You don't get better speedway than that. Shame the swedes seem to be running away with it. What are the rules on tax sub/jokers - could Russia use one in the last 4 heats or is cut off heat 16?
PHILIPRISING
IF any British promoters are watching (probably unlikely) they really should be taking notes about how to provide superb entertainment. Speedway of this calibre really is up there with any sport. Well FIM/BSI, give Västervik an offer they can't refuse about hosting next year's SWC race off and final. SORRY but personally think the NSS is equally as good.

Tbf with the US and Czech totally outclassed, I doubt any track in the world would have produced good racing...

Hold semis in DK and Poland with race off and final at Västervik.

But if you have a bad track like the one on saturday it would not matter. If the US and Czech were in the meeting tonight they would still be outclassed and be racing each other. GOOD point but could depend on whether the Swedes actually want it and whether the public will provide sufficient support over two meetings.
