Sec Final Round 2018 Chorzow Saturday September 15th

Recommended Posts

With the following qualified riders and 3 wild card places available for series, who do you all think will get them?

Nicki Pedersen

Vaclav Milik

Krzysztof Kasprzak

Leon Madsen

Grigorij Łaguta

Przemysław Pawlicki

Kenneth Bjerre

Nicolai Klindt

Mateusz Szczepaniak

Martin Smolinski

Kacper Gomólski

Adrian Miedziński

The current Nation numbers are:

5 Poland

4 Denmark

1 Czechia

1 Russia

1 Germany

I had thought the organisers might have liked to get Jarek Hampel in there, but I can't see any chance of that now that 5 Poles have qualified.

Another Dane also seems unlikely with the number they have in there already.

With one of the rounds in Sweden, you have to think that they'd probably like a Swede in the series full time. Would they go with the Swede that got closest in the challenge, Kim Nilsson, or maybe prefer to offer an invite to the "big name" of AJ?

I'm really not sure who else they might look to bring in. What does everyone else think?

For me Hampel, AJ and Lebedevs

Think Hampel is passed his best. If he gates he is ok but doesn't seem to have the same agression from before his smash. Definately on the way down.

Have to say not the most exciting of lineups.

I'd go with AJ, Karpov and Andriej Kudriaszow. They already have 5 poles and I can't see them giving a wild card to make it 6.

Obviously wishful thinking but

Any Brit

Emil

Freddie

Would be my picks

Probably end up with

2 swedes on young and one experienced.

Then one more eastern European non pole.

SEC are not allowed to give wild cards to riders who rides in the SGP.

One Sport and FIM Europe might be playing silly games- this is a translation of a Sportowafakty article this am

" Adrian Miedziński is still injured on the starting list. Depending on when you withdraw from the tournament will be replaced by him or the second reserve championship - Andrei Kudriashov or the first reserve tournament - Paweł Przedpełski."

Obviously Miedzinski will not ride but it looks as if they are trying to get Przedpelski in to the meeting instead of the series reserve Kudriashov- ticket sales probably the reason for that !!!!!!!
